I don’t even think this particular store deserves one star. I am so appalled at the way I was treated by the manager of the store that it’s horrible. On January 19, 2020 I called great Bridge little Caesars at 10 minutes till 12 PM. I ordered two pepperoni pizzas and two cheese pizzas and one thin crust pepperoni mushroom, they never took my name my number or any information. The woman that answered the phone said my pizza would be ready in 10 minutes at which time I told her I did not need the pizzas until 1230. She Said OK And told me they would be ready. When I got there at 12:30 the young man behind the counter had no idea what I was talking about when I asked for my food and said hold on I need to ask my manager at which time she came to the front of the store and told him what I had ordered. He asked her if it was ready she said no it wasn’t and turned and walked to the back of the store. I then asked the young man if it was in the oven he yelled to the back of the store and asked the manager if it was in the oven and she said yes. I waited another 10 minutes and then said to the young man I don’t understand what’s taking so long I called this order in 40 minutes ahead of time, at which time she came to the front of the store and proceeded to tell me that she was backed up, that one of her machines were broke and that.she was doing the dough by hand, So I asked her why she told me in the first place it only took ten minutes to get ready. She then came around the counter and started pounding on the cash register yelling at me that I wasn’t getting my pizza to leave her store that she was going to give me a refund, and I told her I don’t want a refund I want my pizza, I said I have a whole house full of kids at a birthday party waiting on pizza I needed my pizza. She continued to hit buttons on the cash register telling me I wasn’t getting my pizza to leave the store or go to the Sam Circle location and get my pizza. I said I don’t have time I have a bunch of people at my home waiting on pizza can I please have my food I do not want a refund, she said no I was not getting any food from her to leave her store. I asked for the number for the corporate office and she turned around and looked at me and said Google it! And walked away. Needless to say I was humiliated there was other people in the store at the time, the young man behind the counter just stood there and stared at her, it was absolutely the worst service I have ever gotten. For no reason at all this young lady, the store manager attacked me verbally and was yelling at me for simply asking a couple of questions. I will absolutely not be returning...
Read moreYou definitely get what you pay for... I ordered 12 pizzas online for an event and when I showed up to get them I walked inside where several people were waiting. I respectfully held back to make sure I wasn’t skipping in front of anyone. A man who worked there saw me walk in but he was making pizzas so I waited. A guy walked in behind me and went straight to the counter and was served immediately by the same guy who saw me walk in. No big, I’ll walk up to the counter so the people there know I still need to be acknowledged. They continue to make pizzas and ignore the counter...I can see my large order sitting there waiting, already paid for, I just needed someone to stop ignoring me so I can get my pizzas. A girl finally finishes boxing up an order and yells out to the waiting area the last name so I speak up and said I haven’t been helped yet and that’s probably my order there waiting for me.... and the girl looked at me like I was bothering her. She rolled her eyes, asked me what the name was on the order, put the boxes in the counter and grumbled “have a nice day” rolled her eyes again and walked away. I will never order from this location again based on this treatment. I patiently waited for several minutes even after a guy walked in behind me and was served immediately. I’ll pay the extra money and go to another pizza...
Read moreIf I could give no 🌟 at all believe me I would I sat at the drive-in window for 45 min bc the crew inside waved me to it instead of letting me come inside about four different people I saw there no one ever came to the window in the end I got nothing and they closed two days later I gave it another go bc pretzel pizza is back and that is my favorite pizza in the world literally again took forever to get service and had to wait 45 min for the pizza when I got home the pretzel pizza was just thrown together with topping everywhere and the pepperoni pizza was not fully cooked almost raw I had to re cook it so we could eat it I'm not so rich I can throw away food exp when I pay a pretty penny for it and I can only afford to order out 1/2 times a month I'm very upset with this little Caesars I deserve a better night of take out I guess I won't be going back there staff don't...
