As you can see all of these reviews are more than a year ago. I called last week to schedule an appointment and gave the young lady all of my updated information. Mind you I was a previous customer that years ago, never had a bad experience with them. I kindly let the young lady on the phone know my married last name, updated number as well as updated insurance information and was informed that she would call me to tell me my copay. Time goes by and I don't hear anything and the day of my appointment comes and I call to reschedule bc something came up and the young lady asks me for the same information all over again after I told her that no one ever called me back. She kindly says the same thing again that she will call me back and still no call. Mind you my appointment was rescheduled for 6/2, so I call 6/1 bc I opted to find another chiropractor since this task couldn't get done and the lady ask me again for the same information. At this point I told her nevermind to cancel my appointment and I will just locate services else where and that should have been the end of the conversation. I get a call right back from someone starting off the message, bc I ignored the call bc there was nothing more to discuss if I no longer have an appointment, and she starts the message off with "first of all". Now, that rubbed me the wrong way bc that is so unprofessional and clearly if I canceled my appointment, why are you calling me?? I called back to express my interest on what was the point of the call and correcting the inaccurate info and the manager put me on hold in the middle of me talking š. Definitely no professionalism and she clearly needs an attitude adjustment. If I could give a 0 I would. I kindly have taken my money elsewhere and she was big mad and clearly needs business...

So I went here after finding a groupon for Greenbrier Family Chiropractic and reading a few positive reviews. A little history about me: I am 27 and have throw out my back multiple time over the years after and while doing years of high school and college athletics. Needless to say I was dealing with some really annoying on and off pain. I still find that my back spasms up and walk with lean to one side.
Ok but enough about me: this place is GREAT!! I went with the groupon and they gave me the full eval of where my back was and what the best treatment plan is for me. They have been really good with offering suggestions with ways I can make positive changes life style to help with my back needs. Both of the Doctors there are really nice and great with treating you like an individual, as opposed to a number in line. Some days they are busier then others, but they have always been able to get me in and out in a timely manner. Like I said before both Doctors are great...Dr. Trudeau is very sweet and has, what I would describe as, a gentle approach, which I am sure would be great if you are a little hesitant with going to the chiropractor. Dr. Kendrick is very professional and is a little more straight forward with his approach, which is great for me because I have been to other chiropractors...

Ok, maybe that's not true. But this is...
I travel a lot by car, but unfortunately my lower back begins to hurt if I sit in a car for more than a few hours. I've tried those massaging chair things, I've adjusted the lumbar support until it pokes me in the back, and I've even tried those weird wooden bead seat covers. None of it really seemed to help. So I gave in and finally started getting adjustments done by a chiropractor, and it helps a lot.
When driving down the parkway, I spotted the CHIROPRACTOR sign in large white letters, and figured I'd stop by and see if they could fit me in, without an appointment. They could! Everyone there was very nice, and the visit as a whole was pleasant. I will stop by again, next time I pass...
