As a business owner myself, I take great pride in trying to do what’s best for the customer. When I called about my charging port on my iPhone not working well and having to hold it in a certain position to charge, he was not only the best priced for replacement, but he also told me he may be able to clean it out. I really thought since it was getting so bad that I would definitely need it replaced. When I got there and handed him the phone, he proceeded to check out the charging port and poke around a little bit and plugged his charger in and voila. I stood there looking puzzled thinking there was no way it was that easy and it must be just sitting in the right spot and he hung it upside down from the charger just to prove it to me! He could’ve easily sold me a charging port but wouldn’t even let me tip him. I asked over and over and he wouldn’t accept it. Such an awesome and kind guy. Sitting in the parking lot right now with my own charger that wasn’t working and my phone is having no issues. I’ll be recommending everyone I know to this guy from now on for sure and I’ll be back if I ever have any issues...

This location has been my only 'go-to' for years. Whatever condition your phone is in is no problem. I've had my iPhone 5 to iPhone 12 pro fixed here. Great customer serivce and he knows his stuff get answers about your phone or Apple products. They carry some pretty unique cases too. I tell all my friends about this place he's fast, and and super convenient for those emergency situations as he is located right in front of the food court...

Hands down theeee best experience ever... My boyfriend cracked his screen around 7am... Ledt out for work upset... I seen his phone on kitchen table and decided to shop around to get my baby phone fixed... Walked into greenbrier mall and boom Cellular Plus said they could fix it within the next 15 to 20 minutes... I was so happy and my boyfriend will be as well when he see his new screen... Thank you...
