Very disappointing experience. Don't let photos deceive you: the interior of the shop is ridiculously small. Half of the facility is behind an employees only area. Very limited selection and ludicrously overpriced merchandise. We came here wanting to support local shops and start a tradition of taking the kids to a real toy shop, but to the gentleman in the wheelchair: keep your comments to yourself. We were having a good time letting our kids look at all 3 of their aisles of goods when he makes a very uncalled-for comment to me about my 2yr old son and a book he'd chosen. I am in this store at least once a week, I love their selection of toys and candies, puzzles and they even have Funko Pops and Pokemon related items like cards and lego sets. The place is small, but it’s easy to get around. The owners are always so nice, and they offer us to try candy if they have any out they’re trying themselves. It’s easy to navigate, and even though the prices are high, they still provide a very decorated and child-fulfilling environment with all the colors and decorations. Read moreIf I had kids, I'd buy their toys here. I've been here a few times on assignment and I've always been floored at how cool the place is. Tons of unique, fun toys and the owners are always extremely excited about new arrivals and toy lines that they've got.
One thing - "cheapness" seems to be low on the priority list here - almost everything I've seen in the store has been well-made and built-to-last - so don't expect to hop in, buy a $2 plastic trinket, and hop out. Not a bad thing, in my mind, but something to keep in mind.
