I had a very poor experience. I feel comfortable that I can leave an honest experience review at this point. I had to go back five times and still feel like I am stuck with a terrible product. I now have no backup camera, canât use speaker phone and still lose connectivity constantly. I went in May to have a stereo installed in my pickup to prepare for a cross country trip towing a RV. Chris suggested installing a Phoenix Audio stereo. Before even leaving on my trip I had to go back three times. First install they didnât connect the stereo controls to the steering wheel controls. Had to bring it back. Second visit they connected the steering wheel controls but disconnected my heat/ac. Had to bring it back again. Then the stereo would randomly disconnect from my phone. They said they had to upgrade a harness, so a visit to replace that. Why wasnât it done originally? As a courtesy they swapped out my fog lights with LED fog lights (no charge). Very nice gesture but unfortunately one wasnât installed properly and it fell out during our tripâŠ. Last Chris said he would swap iout my problematic stereo for a newer stereo version (no charge) to resolve the connectivity drop issues. New stereo, same problem. Went on our tripâŠ. Without fail the stereo would disconnect when we needed the map the most. We tried making calls and received constant feedback that people could not understand what we were saying when I spoke through the stereo (external microphone). He said it was the microphone and placement (by the AC vent) and he had to use an external microphone because the stereo was not compatible with leveraging the built in microphone in the car (so why push for that stereo brand/model?) After our trip brought it back in again and he replaced the microphone. While replacing and moving the microphone Chris somehow lost a hand carved wooden Bowie knife (about 2â long) a friend made for me that was on the dashboard. He said it had a probably fallen somewhere in the dashboardâŠ. End result, I still canât use the speakerphone The stereo still disconnects (in as short as ten minute drives). Now the backup camera doesnât work. I am tired of bringing my truck back. I feel like Iâve been ripped off.
To top it all off, I actually watched (and saved) a video on social media of Chris putting a young pitbull on my soft tonneau cover. Being it is not his vehicle, itâs not only disrespectful to treat my property that way, but they had no right to take...

DO NOT BRING YOUR MOTORCYCLE HERE!!! Chris installed aftermarket speakers and amp on my 2022 Street Glide. I was going to post an extremely long review capturing all of the horrible issues but I'll keep it short. I spent thousands at this shop over a few months of upgrading my stereo. It sounded really good for a few weeks then everything went to crap. The reason's why are below...
Wrong size wires used (very cheap wiring, he ran 16 gauge where it should have been 12). Speaker wires zip tied to power wire (causes distortion). Power and speaker wires ran incorrectly and being pinched between my gas tank and the frame (should have been ran down the spine where they would be protected). Power connector to the battery horribly crimped, ground to the frame was just as bad. Failed to solder any of the wire ends going to the amp (just left frayed and barely attached to the amp terminals). Many missing screws and bolts to hold in my front speaker pods (whole fairing was bouncing when going over bumps, HE CUT THE PLASTIC AROUND A BOLT ON MY SPEAKER POD BECAUSE HE DIDN'T FEEL LIKE REMOVING THE AMP TO GET TO IT PROPERLY! I tried calling and texting him pictures of my findings and received no response. Gave him weeks to respond and at least attempt to make it right and still no response. DO NOT LET THIS SHOP TOUCH YOUR MOTORCYCLE! They'll use cheap materials, damage your speaker pods, cut corners and waste your...
Read moreI would love to give him a zero star but Google doesn't make that possible. I don't have a receipt cause your man didn't give me one the heavy set guy with the sound system in the Suburban. He installed the dodge dart's radio for 180 and made me give him 60 dollars upfront for the speakers that he never installed. Bogus? I wish that's why I texted him on Saturday and no response. I guess the person writing the response doesn't communicate with his coworker because has no clue of this installment. I have better things to do with my time but my time is paid the moment you took my 60 dollars and didn't finish the job. I really could careless about the microphone it's all about principles and that's what your man doesn't have. From now on I think you should check your mam cause he's over here scamming people behind your back once again thanks for the lesson. Plus like I said your man needs those 60 dollars more than I do since I made 71,000 last year...
