Don't buy anything from here! The whole experience was horrible!!! We were making payments on the furniture and they lost payments and put payments on different accounts so we had to go back through 2 1/2 years of paperwork and get copies of all the bank statements and checks that cleared the bank and send it to them to prove we were all paid up. I was missing a few statements so they claimed we still owed $400 so we had to pay it otherwise we wouldn't get the furniture and there is no refunds so we would have been out all the money we had already paid. The salesman said it would be 8-10 weeks to get our furniture and it took almost 4 months. Some of the logs on the bed frame and dressers are splitting and we contacted the company and they said that's how wood works, it dries out and cracks and there is nothing they are going to do about it even if the bed falls apart. We will never ever buy anything from them ever again!!! Hopefully this will save people from making the same...

This place is horrible. My girlfriend misunderstood the price on a custom piece. upon reviewing the receipt she turned around and said she did not want the piece and explained to the guy about the misunderstanding. He simply said no refunds. This was a custom piece that had not been ordered or started yet. She explained that she didn't have the money and he simply didn't care. She had never even left the store. She called her card company and they declined the charge. She told him this and he said OK. 2 hours later they reran the card and got it approved. Very shady practices. They care nothing about anything but their bottom line. The charge could have been denied and no one would have lost anything but a sale. Apparently commission is too important. Do not purchase anything from these people! The customer service and the way they run their business is horrible. We paid almost $3000 for living room furniture 6 months ago and still have not received our order. Everytime we call for an update we get a vague run around answer with no definite answer or dates. We even found out they built the order wrong, they never called to tell us this. The only time we get information or updates is when we call them. They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau almost 15 times by people. Just don't purchase anything from them, it's so not worth it. Buy from someone else. If I could leave 0 stars I...
