When I went into the frontier Jewelers the owner had helped me but then customers walked in and then he abandoned helping me to help them this went on four times he made fore sales helped 8 to 9 customers and then what makes this even worse as he left the store an hour and a half my day was wasted because I wasn't valued as a customer although frontier Jewelers has positive reviews you can't do what you did with me and get a positive review you understand that right?! I hope you see this Ali and I hope you learn from it you lost a good customer and you have no one to blame for that except yourselve treat your customers with respect are there is no point in going to work that day it means everyone treat everyone with respect I have done nothing wrong to you get your priorities figured out all customers matter it's what keeps your business alive and going you will not be seeing me you have lost my business...

I am so impressed with my experience at Frontier Jewelers! I had previously gone to another jeweler and after being told they weren't able to work on moissanite, they referred me to Ali, and I am SO happy it worked out that way. I needed to get my ring resized, and he was very patient with me as I tried different sizes and even gave me some great tips on how our local climate can influence how you should size your ring. I dropped it off to him on Sunday, and I had a call by Monday evening that it was ready! The quality of work was outstanding, I was shocked at how quick the turnaround time was, and it was very reasonably priced. He also had some very beautiful pieces of jewelry in his store. I was on vacation in Cheyenne WY and while there I had a problem with my engagement ring. One of my diamonds had fallen out. I went to a jewelry store in the mall and was told they could fix it but I would have to leave it and they would mail it to me in 3 weeks. This was not gonna work for me. I walked down to Frontier Jewelers and explained my problem to Syed, the owner. He was so knowledgeable and nice and told me he could help me, and he fixed my ring within a few days. He noticed some other diamonds in my ring were also loose and told me he could repair that for me and have it done before the end of my vacation, AND HE DID!
