Renzios Greek Food — Restaurant in Cheyenne

If I could give ZERO stars I would. We went there quite a long time ago. They were very slow to begin with. We ordered enough to feed four of us. They messed up two of the orders. I told them about it and they refused to fix it claiming there was nothing wrong. I even took the mistake up to show them and they threatened to call security on us for complaining about the order being incorrect.

I also watched them prepare our food with a garbage can that looked to be about four foot tall completely filled to the brim with filthy greasy paper and food items. It looked to be less than a foot from the food that they were preparing for our meal. You could see the smaller pieces garbage bouncing above the can when they tossed stuff in it while preparing our food at the same time. I also watched them place several filthy and greasy cardboard boxes right on the counter where you pick up your food. Not sure what they had inside but they looked to be very filthy and very greasy. The containers that housed the serve yourself forks and knifes was disgusting and dirty with small particles clinging to the plastic eating utensils. In my opinion this sounds like a health issue to me.

Rude employees that do NOT like you complaining when the order was made wrong and very filthy work area is NOT a pleasing place to visit. I recommend waiting for the Greek festival in Cheyenne and get some real Greek food instead of the rubbery textured meat they try to pass off as dinner. I would have to say NO to this place and take a drive to Colorado where many better Greek restaurants exist. Choose a better Greek place to eat. This one has employees who will call security on you for complaining about an order made wrong. Bad renzios!

On another note what do you expect when the person they allowed to run the place hires people that he may have a long past connection with or even maybe friends of these people. Useless rude employees who take out their bad day on the customers. Very...

Ok its 207 pm. On a Wednesday. The new owner is lecturing a person on having earbuds in and then he would be able to hear them call their number. It's not a good standard to tell people about simple mundane details if you want repeat business. No one deserves to be humiliated like that. And to top it off. My son gave me a free renzios meal ticket out. He was advertising for his work place and obviously he got it at the mall when he was here. Well the new manager or owner says they're not valid unless they're signed. It's his business but don't lecture me if you can't control your inventory or your people if you want a positive review. I've done over 55 reviews for businesses that have treated they're customers with respect. Some have and some businesses like renzios deserve a review like this. I suggest you improve your attitude when dealing with customers. If anyone is reading this Then I say good luck at eating there. I'd give this place a negative star if Google...

This place used to be awesome. The employees may have been stoners and non-achievers, but they seemed to actually care about their jobs and their customers. Now the employees don't seem to care about anything. I ordered a beef gyro with no vegetables. I got a standard beef gyro. They remade it but I don't know if they realize lettuce is a vegetable because I still had to pick it off. The beef wasnt cut thin at all to the point I had the recut it in order the eat. I remember a few years ago they put the beef on the grill to crisp it up after cutting off the spit, but these employees didn't bother with that step. Probably because with how thick they made the cuts it wouldn't matter. Either way it wasnt really good and I now know why so many burgers were going out instead of gyros.
