I am a frequent customer here and read online today (on my birthday) Crumbl would give out a free cookie. I have the app and wanted to see if I was logged in, just in case they needed it at checkout. I noticed I wasn’t logged in, so I went on and logged in and put my birthday in. I walked in and decided to just ask about the birthday cookie. The store was packed at this point and I was already hesitant to ask about a birthday item but wanted to at least try. The girl at the register had to ask someone else if I get a free one, because she was new (no big deal). The next girl comes up and looks at me and says usually you have to have a coupon and just stared at me, with no other comments. I informed her of my situation and asked if anyone above her could make an exception since I didn’t know the process. The same new employee from the beginning came back after a minute and said I needed to be a bronze member on the app to get a free cookie. At this point I was so frustrated due to the extremely difficult process to just get 1 cookie on my birthday. I told the girls I’ll just buy a cookie if they won’t honor it , so I went on and paid $6 for the Oreo cookie and left. This all happened while people were waiting to order behind me. Not one person who spoke to me seemed professional or had any customer service. I truly felt like I wasn’t taken care of in any way and it’s almost embarrassing all of this was over a birthday cookie. To just be told no, especially with blank stares to me across the board, gives me a bad taste of this location and the leadership they have...
Read moreAfter seeing several reviews online about the taste/qualify of Crumbl Cookies, I decided to give them a try. Months ago, a coworker brought in some and I had a half of one that I liked. I think it was the Chocolate Crumb ft. Oreo pictured here. I made my first order of minis earlier this week and was blown away by the speed of service, cleanliness of the location, professionalism of the amazingly sweet staff, and the decadent taste of the cookies! The other shown (first pic) is the Banoffee Pie, which was also fantastic! Today, I placed an order for myself and some friends. I got those cookies again and two Tres Leches Cake ft. Lotus Biscoff but in the larger option. My pals absolutely LOVED them! I had the Chocolate Crumb again and am convinced that cookie will always hit hard. Whew! Totally in love with that flavor and the Banoffee. I hope to try other flavors again soon.
Again, huge, HUGE rave to the very friendly, professional staff. That made the decision to try Crumbl for my first and second times a memorable...
Read moreContacted Tara today on my daughter's W2 not being received she refused to send a copy and was completely rude and unprofessional at that point instead of reciprocating her blatant ignorance I let her know that I would be contacting the IRS and they would be requesting it she put me on hold then hung up on me. I called back and was immediately put on hold for 10 mins until I gave up and just called the owner as a restaurant manager myself I am appalled by her actions total inconsideration of her employee and federal law. Fortunately, my daughter had the contact information for the owner and we called him and within 10mins she received an electronic copy. I should mention my daughter previously called at least a half dozen times to get her W2 before I intervened and Tara refused each time. If I were the owner I would really take a long look in the mirror and decide if a person like Tara is really what I want as a face of...
