I went to Taco Bell at 6pm I was so excited to get tacos because I was having a great day as soon as I drove up it was a man that said one moment and than when he came back he was like what you want.. I explained to him one moment I’m not sure what I won’t and he didn’t say anything than a few moments later I said hey I’m ready now and he was like what you want and I started to tell him that I wanted two tacos and he cut me off and said one moment. I said I can’t want to do the Survey because he was so rude and he told me he refused service and I asked him I said why and he said I don’t have to serve you so I pulled up to the front window and I spoke to employee. I explained to him what was going on and I said hey may I please speak to the manager because maybe we had a misunderstanding and he was like he don’t wanna talk to you may I please get the number one moment than than the manager walked to the window and look a picture of me in his phone that made me feel so uncomfortable that I called the police. Because I did nothing wrong and the car behind me was confused on why he did that also. I felt like what is he going to do with that picture why tell me want one moment to get the store number if he was going to walk up and take a picture of me. I sat outside waiting for the police to come and assist me. And I noticed people walking up to the door and they locked the door I was not coming into the store I was not aggressive for them to even think that I was going to do anything to them. I’m the one who felt uncomfortable they even close drive though down. The manager was rude and didn’t want to work. I watched cars drive pass for a hour waiting on the police I had to leave to go to the police station so I can explain what had happen because I don’t know what he was going to do with that photo. Read moreSo let me start here, I’ve been coming for a while. This location has its ups and downs. Sometimes get very busy and honestly you may wait 20-30 mins sometimes. There was one time I waited 25mins in lobby, got my order wrong then had to wait another 10mins. None of the workers didn’t even apologize. I asked to speak to a manager and because she had just came in on her shift she was busy trying to make food, take care of customer complaints and direct her employees. When she finally came over I can tell she was overwhelmed and tired by the look on her face. I explained my situation and her first reply was “ I deeply apologize for the mess up and the wait, I have new ppl that’s getting trained, we’re understaffed and a lot of orders. I 100% agree with you My team members should’ve apologized and I’ll work further with them on it.” She gave a couple customers free drinks, free tacos and offered me to come back another day when she is here to get a free meal just to make up for what we (customers) had to go through. Just by her coming to talk to everyone personally, peacefully and calmly it DEFINITELY made the wait worth it. She made everybody feel better by her customer service and problem solving. Her name is Arianna. When I come in I literally only have her make my food ( she gets it right every time, fast, and portioned perfectly). Plus she ALWAYS has a smile on her face and a uplifting personality. Some of the managers there are rude and don’t care but Arianna is definitely not one of them. Only reason I come back...

Every time we order here, they always mess something up, forget something in the order, the list goes on…
We ordered here through DoorDash and apparently they gave the food to somebody else before the dasher got there.
It takes a second Dasher going to the store for it to finally be canceled by DoorDash. I couldn’t cancel the order when the first Dasher told me this, because I would not be refunded. The second dasher said I should try calling the store, not realizing how rude the employees were going to be.
It took me six times calling the store to reach someone for them to exclaim “WE’RE CLOSED!” and then hang up the phone.
My boyfriend then called them asking why the food was given to someone else, why couldn’t they remake the food or cancel the order on their end.
The employee that answered the phone said that they can’t cancel DoorDash orders and was extremely rude. They then proceeded to hang up the phone on my boyfriend.
This is a lie. According to the DoorDash website, the merchants can cancel orders on their side.
This same store has canceled a previous order of mine before on the Taco Bell app, because they were missing an ingredient.
How could the same concept of canceling an order not transfer from app to app?
They did not have to be so egregious. If they remade the food or just canceled the order before the dashers got there, I would not be writing this review.
But here I am.
