White Castle — Restaurant in Chicago

I stopped in to get my lunch from this establishment before work . I waited 45 minutes for my order of : chessy 10 pack,and mozzarella sticks. I would have done better to ask for a refund . The food was horrible ,the food tasted old, the service was very bad , the clerk on the cash Register had a attitude and the workers fixing the food were talking rude to the customers, when they brought their wrong orders back . Therer was food on the floor behind the counter ,and the grill was nasty.This establishment has young people that obviously don't want to work .I had to throw my food away. I previously used to frequent this store,the food was good . But I will now walk pass this store .Poor...

Each time I go the fries are always dark and have an awful taste which I've learned is from using old cooking oil. The service is terrible and when someone returns a wrong order they've touched, they take it back behind the counter and try to resell the item versus throwing it away. I just had to tell a cashier that today as I observed it. This is the closest White Castle near me, but that'll be my last time. White Castle is my lifelong favorite restaurant and I'm not gonna let them spoil it for me. I'll travel further next time to the better one on Cermak. Very unpleasant experience this morning. Wait in the drive thru was about 15 mins before I could place the order. I asked for them not to put bacon on my sandwich and it was. I returned and she just took the bacon off and gave it back. I told her I could still smell the bacon on the sandwich. So I returned again. I order 4 sandwiches and only gave me one jelly and had an attitude when I asked for more. I also ordered a peach sprite with was incorrect as well and she told me the machines had to reboot.
