I cannot say enough great things about working with City Staffing. I essentially started from scratch with the bulk of my skills lying in the service industry supporting an artistic career, and wanted to learn some new skills to potentially move into a permanent position. They succeeded in this endeavor by keeping me gainfully assigned for 2 years on mostly long-term assignments until I was hired full-time at a salaried position.

After interviewing with Neala and Juliet (in one of the cutest offices I've seen!), we created an action plan for me to gain tangible, marketable skills that would make me a competitive candidate in one of the most populated cities in the US. What started out as essentially stuffing envelopes led to database maintenance, which led to the administrative assistance of a committee, which lead to fundraising and marketing skills, which led to meetings and convention-planning, and finally landed me a full-time position with salary and benefits based on my performance and newfound skills.

I could not have done this without the support and guidance of Neala and Juliet. They were always prompt with responses to any inquiries I had, kind, understanding, professional, warm, and motivated. If ever any assignment didn't pan out for whatever reason, they were in my corner galvanizing me to move onward and upward.
