Searching for the perfect dress can be difficult these days with so many options in stores and online. I had already been to 2 bridal stores in Northern Indiana, where I now live, and ordered and sent back several dresses online by the time I found Glamour Closet. My mom and i were in Chicago for the day and had planned to go to the place we had purchased her dress 7 years ago. After discovering that business had shut down permanently I called Glamour Closet to see if I could maybe get a same day appointment. Christina answered the phone and was SO friendly. She informed me that Glamour Closet is walk-in only and to come on in. She was also familiar with the place we had been planning to go and told us it closed during the pandemic.

When we got there we were greeted with kindness and smiles from Christina and Deja. Christina asked if i was the one that called, asked questions about what i was looking for and gave me the layout of the store. Its a sample sale, off the rack store with designer dresses! They have a fabulous non-intrusive system for how you choose which dresses to try on. Christina was sweet, kind, and friendly the entire time we were there. She asked all the right questions when i was trying dresses on and she was very patient with me. I ended up stuck between 2 favorites and she took photos, video, and asked me lots of questions to help me decide. Ultimately i was leaning towards one dress but i was still struggling. In the end i looked down and saw the tag of the dress i was leaning towards and it was an "All Who Wander" dress which was a designer i had loved from afar but it had always been outside of my price range. But this one was WITHIN MY PRICE RANGE!!! That sealed the deal and i said YES to the dress!!!

When i was struggling to decide both Christina and Deja were so wonderful and kind asking the perfect questions. I cannot say enough good things about Glamour Closet and Christina. She was knowledgeable, sweet, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend...

I had the most wonderful experience here with Lindsey that I felt compelled to share. I had actually already purchased a dress elsewhere and just wasn't loving it anymore, so I went to Glamour Closet since I didn't have time to order a new one. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, they asked what I was looking for, and then explained how their store was organized by dress style. I like how they then let me browse the store by myself and select the dresses I wanted to try on. With each dress I tried on, Lindsey made sure I was constantly comparing it to the dress I previously purchased which I thought was very considerate of her. I was there by myself, so she offered to take a ton of pictures for me of the front, back, with a veil, with a belt, everything! And she was not reluctant to let me try on the next dress and do it all over again. After I had tried on a few dresses that I liked, she then suggested that I sit down and look at the pictures, call my mom, etc. She left me alone and I probably sat there for about 30 minutes and not once did she seem bothered that I was taking so long. She reiterated that she knew it was a big decision, especially when I was trying to find a dress to top my first, and I really appreciated her giving me that time. We ended up facetiming my mom, and again Lindsey was so quick to offer to hold the phone and show my mom the dress. I never once felt pressured to make a purchase right then, but with these gowns, you run the risk of them not being there anymore if you walk away. Thanks to Lindsey giving me that extra time to think about my options, I ended up purchasing a dress that not only topped my first dress, but makes me so incredibly excited to get married in. I suggest going on a day when they are not extremely busy to ensure you get treated with the same respect, because I was so pleased with...

I don't write reviews often but I flew into my hometown to go wedding dress shopping with my family this past weekend. This place was my second stop and I immediately fell in love! I was so worried about my budget that I fibbed a bit and said it was $2k just because I didn't want to be looked down upon with a budget of $1000-1200 TOPS! When I say Krystina was a GOD send I mean it! She helped me and clipped me in each dress. Made me feel beautiful in every single one. She then went a head and picked a few out for me that I would've NEVER picked for myself and when I say she found my dress! SHE FOUND IT! I didn't want to take it off. It makes my skin glow and it has POCKETS! It's like she knew me better than I knew myself! Even when my family and friends weren't sure if they liked it she kept encouraging to go with what I wanted. I LOVE the dress! When I told her 2k was the budget she smiled and said we can find you 2 dresses for that budget and she NEVER brought me a dress that was out of my price range. I purchased my dress for $999 and paid $75 to have it shipped which was cheaper than expected as having it shipped I didn't have to pay Chicago taxes!!!! Krystina is a rockstar and I recommend her to ever bride on a budget and/or with a very opinionated family! I just love how she made me feel like a true bride! It was an amazing experience I will never forget and I can't thank her enough! I'm literally in tears as I type this because I found my dress all due to her! I knew ball gown but she pulled this blush ballgown that changed my life! I LOVE IT!
