For two years, I battled persistent back pain that severely disrupted my sleep. While other treatments offered relief, Half Moon Yoga became my daily refuge. The studio's inviting ambiance and exceptional classes were so compelling that I found myself returning almost every day. Remarkably, my sleep, previously plagued by pain-induced interruptions, improved dramatically. I finally experienced restful nights, a testament to the studio's ability to effectively manage My pain.
The teachers at Half Moon Yoga are truly outstanding. Their expertise and passion shine through in every class, providing clear guidance and fostering a supportive environment. Classes are expertly structured, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience. I have so far taken classes with Tsha, Emma, Amit, and Maria, and they all are Fabulous!

   Read moreI just started going to Half Moon a few weeks ago and it has been a transformative addition to my wellness practices.
The reception is always welcoming and their greetings and curiosity feel genuine. They've checked in a few times via text to make sure my entry into the studio and practice has been smooth.
The instructors are some of the best I've ever practiced with - they are knowledgeable about yoga, anatomy, mental health, spirituality, and the culture yoga comes from. As a spiritual Hindu, I appreciate the respect for the history and foundations of yoga. The instructors, too, are genuinely curious and make me feel safe and respected in the space. I especially have enjoyed practicing with Maria, Amit, and Tsha, but have no complaints at all about other instructors I have taken classes with.
The space is clean, can sometimes feel tight in a full class, but the positivity resonance that those full classes create is so special. I wish there was some information about the music instructors plan to use as a few classes have included music that is somewhat distracting or too upbeat for me. But I think this is easy to work around once you get to know the instructors and class types.
Coming from a background of running long distance (starting to hate it lol), this is a much needed restorative sport for me. I feel very grateful to have found this studio and am looking forward to learning more about yoga and myself through this practice...

Our goal was to give moms a little pause in their day to relax and reconnect with themselves, and that was completely achieved thanks to the cozy, welcoming space and the thoughtful details the Half Moon Yoga team put in to make it special.
The studio itself is warm, cozy, and relaxing, instantly putting you at ease the moment you walk in. Val, the owner, was incredibly attentive and thoughtful with every detail, making sure everything ran smoothly. The staff were so kind and professional that it never felt like a first-time visit. It truly felt like home.
Our instructor, Nikki, was exceptional. Sheâs an expert in pre- and postnatal yoga and was so thoughtful and attentive, offering supportive options for moms at every stage of motherhood. The sound bath she led at the end of the session was deeply healing and left everyone feeling restored. Paola, who supported on the marketing side, was also kind and attentive throughout the event, and we truly appreciated her thoughtfulness in capturing moments and supporting us along the way.
