Grasshopper Club South Loop Chicago Dispensary — Local services in Chicago

DONT BUY DISPOSABLE PRODUCTS HERE!! IF IT IS BROKEN OR NOT WORKING, YOU WILL NOT RECIVE A REFUND, NOT AN EXCHANGE-NOTHING! I purchased a pen yesterday and when I opened it, nothing came out. Came back to ask for either an exchange or credit or something. But no. Their "policy " is to walk the customer out of the building away from cameras; they told me that I'd have to make a video (?) and send it to the manufacturer. The manufacturer "might" take care of giving me a new product even tho i purchased the pen from Grasshopper (?!?!?) And when I showed that the pen wasn't working properly compared to my old pen; I was told: well something is coming out of the new pen therfore it works, therfore we can't give you an exchange or credit. And she said was conducting this entire interaction OUTSIDE THE STORE ON THE SIDEWALK. What kind of business conducts business on the sidewalk!? SO to recap, I paid $90 for a disposable pen, that CLEARLY did not work, they have my $$$ and I'm just S.O.L with no product and no refund/credit!! NEVER SHOP HERE EVERYONE!! THESE PEOPLE...

Ever since I moved to Chicago, I used to do all my Cannabis shopping at Verilife in River North. Overtime, however, its become what feels more like a car dealership, than an actual dispensary with expiring products being pushed on you almost daily! Walking into Grasshopper Club last night, I was greeted at the door by a lovely gal with a large SMILE!

Upon entering, I got the choice to be assisted by a "Cannceirge," and was told I can browse through the tablet, or place my order with the gentleman assisting me.(Even let me check out as John Doe for those that want to stay anonymous)

After placing my order, I got the big surprise of being checked out by a familiar friendly face(shoutout to Eric for the good vibes!)and was told I qualified for $1 cart! How awesome! This place is DEFINITELY A VIBE, and not one person looked like they hated being there! Best of all? They take APPLE PAY! ($3 surcharge) how cool is that?

9/10 due to the limited drinks/disposables available, but overall...

10/10 dispensary. I’ve been coming here since it opened and instantly clicked with two of the goats: Melanie and Chad!

Melanie is awesome and deserves her recognition for her cheery and uplifting energy everytime she greets me. Additionally, she is super knowledgeable on the products, will recommend you ONLY the best, and always makes sure you leave with a smile on your face. Shoutout to her for all the help and making this place 1 of 1.

Chad is another gem of grasshopperclub. Chad also knows his stuff!!! and will never fail to recommend something awesome! I always leave content after interacting with him. He’s super chill and makes you feel welcomed like family anytime you walk in.

Shoutout to the endless positive energy within the dispensary. Everyone I’ve interacted with in there is AWESOME AND I SHOUT EVERY SINGLE OF YOU OUT! Definitely recommend visiting...
