August 2024 (8/31/24) I'm really disappointed with my recent experience at the South Loop/Chinatown location. The prices have skyrocketed, making everything feel overpriced. For example, the 100mg refresher that costs less than $20 in Wicker Park is now over $31 here. It's frustrating to see such a significant markup, especially when the quality and experience don't seem to justify it. I hope they reconsider their pricing strategy soon.

Went in and got two 16oz drinks with 100 mg each and I was charged $70.52. I check online and the total should’ve came out to about half of that so I ask for the receipt and I was charged for four 16oz drinks with 50mg each. When I tell the person upfront about this he said this is how their system charges the 100mg drinks and there’s nothing he can do about it, Stating I should’ve ordered online if it was cheaper there. He tells me to call up the next day and ask for the manager if I want a refund since he could not process it. I did that and there was no manager available but a different person took down my name and number and said the manager would reach out, but no one ever did....
