I wish i can give ZERO stars. I just had surgery a week ago, I’m on crutches so I require one of those wheelchair shopping carts they provide in the store, they had 3 when i came in, ALL out of battery. One person ahead of me waiting for a cart as well. Thankfully my Mom was with me & she went to the pharmacy to pick up my meds while I waited for a cart. I needed two items from Market, getting them myself wasn’t an option so I asked an employee at the check out lanes if he can assist me with the two items i needed to purchase SINCE I can’t get them myself. He said i’ll be right back. He didn’t say yes I’ll be able to assist you or no I won’t be able to assist you or let me find someone for you. Obviously, I didn’t expect him to drop everything he was doing to help me out on the spot, I was hoping he can get someone else to assist me. Especially since the check out lanes weren’t that busy. He could have easily gone on his walkie & asked someone from Market to bring over the two items i needed. I waited several more minutes & my mom came back from the pharmacy so I decided to just go home. I could have asked my mom to go get the items for me but she would have no idea where to locate the items i needed. Again, this is why I asked an employee from the store to help me out... pick up/drive up wasn’t an option either because one of the items is refrigerated. You really failed me on this one target. I left empty handed & FRUSTRATED! Please have your team charge those shopping carts over night. This is unacceptable. I don’t think I’ll be back to this particular location anytime soon even though it’s the closest one to my house. I left my house with confidence because target is a disability friendly store only to come home...
Read moreUnacceptable, discourteous and rude customer service. Ordered a product which was “ready for pick-up.” I got off work, anticipating going home right away. I asked for assistance at the Service desk, they pretended to look for my order; the worst part was they’re blatantly disregarded my existence. Instead of directing me the customer to step to the side and wait while they locate my item, they had me standing there and instructed ALL THE OTHER CUSTOMERS, to bypass me to cut down their “wait time.” Very unacceptable, Rita had a very nasty demeanor, as well as the blonde with streaks who initially assisted me. Heidi was very nice, only pleasant one. Word of advice if you are dissatisfied with your life, change it. Don’t get upset because of poor REVIEWS, when customers are not being PROPERLY SERVICED. I also went to purchase a laptop; however there were no WORKERS in direct proximity to assist. The entire electronics area was empty. I asked someone working in the toy section for help; her response was “There should be someone over there.” I scoffed because of that were the case why bother asking for assistance? Whoever the upper management is, HIRE people who want to work, and do it genuinely. I was polite but it could have went another direction.

Read moreEvery time I tried to go through a cashier instead of a self check out, it's because I have my baby with me and can't manage to scan the items and carry my baby at the same time. However, the cashier customer service is very rude, they always watch me struggle putting the bags in the cart, instead of helping me put the bags in the cart. Today I paid, and put two bags back inside the cart. I waited for more bags but the cashier never gave me anything else, or I should say, put the bags to the side for me to take.. I noticed he was already scanning the other person's items so I left. When I was putting my stuff in the car I noticed I was missing a few items. I went back, the cashier said the other customer probably took my stuff. Customer service told me to go back and find my stuff and show my receipt before leaving.I had to go back to the store and find my items. I told the guy in customer how inconvenient it was for me to go grab the items again while holding my baby. The guy in customer service never looked at me, or issue an apology, he just ignored me and kept looking at his cellphone and laughing at something. When I got home I noticed I was missing more items that I clearly paid for because they were in my receipt but they were never given to me. Worst customer...
