This is a Starbucks location inside of a Target. It was my second try with this Starbucks location. It hasn't been the best to say the least. The first time they got my husbands order wrong, they didn't add an extra ingredient which was okay because the girls seemed really sincere and we just took it as an accident while in deep convo with one another. This time there were different bariatas and I'm ordering an iced matcha latte and this lady was like would you like it hot or iced. I'm like what, oh umm, I'd just like an iced matcha latte. This lady taking my order asked me if I wanted my drink hot or iced. I again tell her I would like a venti iced matcha latte. I was thinking she's probably having a hard time hearing me and I don't want an iced mocha. Aaaand she again asks me if I want my dink hot or iced đ¤Śââď¸. Then another barista came to the register and she asked what I wanted, again I said I would like an venti iced matcha latte. This barista too asked if I want it hot or iced over and over again.    Read moreThis place has seriously gone downhill fast. The quality of workers has gone down and the coffee is terrible now. All of the original workers who use to make the best coffee are gone now. The new workers are extremely stingy theyâve been putting extra ice in drinks to give less drink. they literally are putting one squirt of caramel on drinks and charging an additional $.55 if you want the normal amount you would get at a regular Starbucks. I use to come here because the drinks were better and i didnt mind paying a bit more but now your better off going to Starbucks where you can use your points and get better quality drinks. I honestly don't expect much from the target-Starbucks locations. So I keep it SUPER simple for them. Like only 1 ingredient at a time. My water contained 2 ingredients (water + ice) and that's too much to ask. Stupid me.
However, this location is perpetually training their employees and they get diffensive if you return an order for correction and always use the training excuse.
If you already have, or want to avoid, an ulcer don't buy any coffee from here. Just buy the merch. Because their passive aggressive attitudes will urge you to cuss them out and get an ulcer because Starbucks or Target don't do...
