I would like to say on multiple times I have worked with Keegan. He has been super to work with. Unfortunately last week, I drew Dean for my customer service rep. First he has a hoodie on covering most of his face. He did not look at us and acted as if we were a bother to him. I don't recall him even addressing us with "How may i help you" or any type of greeting. He was not at all helpful. As I was asking questions he said "That's all I can do for you". I was flabbergasted. It cost him the sell of a battery. I then went over to Keegan who answered my questions in a professional manner. The next day I was still bothered by Dean's behavior. I decided to call to speak to the manager. Mark told me the manager had stepped out. I asked to leave a message for the manager to return my call. That didn't happen. Read moreWorst service ever! Will never return. I went in a few minutes before they closed to get a head light for my 4 runner. I gave the guy all the information for the bulb I needed. I went to the parking lot to replace and it was not the right bulb. It was just a couple of minutes after they closed and I was knocking on the door and the employees were ignoring me. Finally some guy came up to the door and said they were closed. I ask him can’t y’all just get me the right build and he shrugged his shoulders and walked off. They never tried to help me. I will never return for this kind of service. I can’t believe this company does not want my business going forward. Read moreI purchased a crankshaft sensor for my car. When I opened the box it was obviously not the right one. So I ordered one from Amazon. So I went to take it back with the box a little dirty from grease. The store manager Glover or Grover who is very rude, informed me that they will not take it back. I called district and main corporate and none of them would refund my money. Sadly I purchased a fuel pump the day before. I will not go back and I will tell everyone of my experience.
