My husband and I purchased a large item that had some visible damage. We agreed to purchase and fix (the visible damage) ourselves. We were given a discount on the item and a percentage off the replacement part. Replacement part was the wrong piece. Was then given the wrong name and info for another one that I had to order online. Upon obtaining the correct piece ourselves and replacing it, my husband attempted to set it up and start it. At that point he discovered that the item had oil in it already and that the motor did not run. Without being informed of it being a 'returned item' at the time we wanted to purchase it.. we ended up spending a large amount of money on an item that had previously been damaged more then what was visible. Bought a safe from there and they had lost the backup keys and said if they found them, they would call. Week later, no call so I called them back and luckily they had found the keys. Lisa, the cashier, told us on the phone that she would mail us our keys since live pretty far away. Lisa was also very helpful when we went to pick up the safe because she was the only one who was told we were coming to get it. We have been impressed by Lisa and her customer service. Great selection of dog food, especially because we feed our little Chihuahuas "Taste of the Wild" which is very reasonably priced as is the high protein food we buy for our ranch dog.
