Having to travel to travel to Chickasha (which is 1 hour and 45 minutes one way) several times a month, I decided to purchase a new phone here. I had some issues with the phone and worked with the manufacturer to troubleshoot them, however was told I needed to take it back to the store I bought it from since I was within my exchange period. After researching I discovered there was only a 7 day return window, so after calling to ensure I would be able to exchange the device, I left work early to make the 3 1/2 hour round trip so I would make it before closing. I was told that the phone could not be returned because of a tiny imperfection on the screen causing them not to be able to resell it, despite it being defective and despite the fact that it had a screen protector (and case) that was installed at the time of purchase at the store. I understand the employees have to do what they are told to do by their leadership, so I don’t completely fault the employees at the store. While I understand the policy to a degree, there needs to be some sort of escalation process for situations like this. I did everything I could to protect my device.
