Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Chickasha

Unfortunately, the Customer Service and quality of food was Very Poor. After calling in my delivery order and not receiving it I called back in. I was told it on been put on pick up, because they were short handed and it had been sitting in the warmer for about ten minutes. The young lady told me that it still looked ok, but; if I wanted it delivered, she couldn't guarantee what it would look like when I got it. I asked to speak to the manager and was hung up on. I had my husband drive me to Pizza Hut. I asked to speak to the manager, when came up front, I explained to her what happened. Not once did she apologize for the poor service. I told her I wanted a fresh pizza, how I wanted it along with the sauces. There were only three tables that was occupied with customers and she said it would be about 20 minutes. As I waited I watched two young lady workers standing around talking when there were tables that needed to be cleared, salad bar was nasty, one of the workers standing behind the counter eating and a young man standing by the business phone, on his cellphone while the business phone was ringing. The phone rang close to 10 times before he answered it. After 20 minutes, they brought me my pizza. I had to ask for the sauces that I had paid for and they STILL did not get the pizza crust right. We were dinning in and when we arrived the dinning area was completely empty except for one table. One employee asked if we were picking up and we said no dinning in and her response was one of not knowing what to do if someone wants to eat in the building. Just for the record, this was not on the employee by no means. After we had ordered our food, by the way they had an advertisement right on the window as you walked in and we attempted to order said ad and she said that it was not available at this location. ?????????? Ok so we ordered off paper menus our drinks were in 20 oz bottles and our other food with the exception of the pizza was all served in to go containers. I guess in my opinion if a restaurant is going to have a done in feature then let it be dine in. What's going on Pizza Hut Corp.? Food and service about average. Not much...

I've had some borderline terrible experiences with their deliveries. Stuff taking forever, wrong pizzas delivered, etc. The drivers though are pretty nice about stuff so it's never been a real problem. They do have issues answering the phone at times but I feel like that is with any busy pizza delivery joint. I have come inside on several occasions and had mixed experiences. They have a $6 lunch buffet (11 to 2?) which isn't a bad deal. It includes a small but decent salad bar and a variety of pizzas to choose from. There's also plenty of dipping sauces as well as a pasta selection. Table service can suffer if the kitchen is busy. I think that's the overall complaint I have with this location is they seem perpetually understaffed. The service really suffers when that's the case. I can however recommend the lunch buffet if you're looking for cheap...
