SO disappointed with the communication of this company. We have been having troubles with our refrigerator for almost a month now and it still has not been fixed. They have ignored our phone calls, we have called at least 2-3 times per day. My husband had to go into their showroom to actually get the manager to talk with us. All he did was give him the phone number to the appliance company.
My family and I have been buying appliances from this company as long as I can remember. NEVER again will we be purchasing anything from this company.
Update after calling Whirlpool, my husband and I found out that a claim was never filed by Ginno’s after a month of having a broken refrigerator. I was incredibly upset/angry and called to talk to Scott, the service manager. I was told he was not in at the time. After demanding to speak to him, he came on the phone. I told him that his company was lying to me. His employee just told me that he was not there. It clearly angered him as he told me that I needed to learn how to direct my anger. After continuing to tell me how I needed to feel towards his company, I asked him to please don’t tell me how to feel. He told me he was, “ending his relationship with me” before resolving my issue. It took my very angry husband showing up at the showroom (again) in order to get any resolution. I am absolutely appalled at how this man spoke to me because I am a woman. My husband listened to the entire phone call next to me and told me he could not believe how disrespectfully and differently he talked to me versus him. It was absolutely disgusting, to be honest.

Read moreMy wife and I bought a refrigerator on 6-26-2020 from Ginno's. On 6-09-2021, a Ginno's tech came out because it was almost 70 degrees inside the refrigerator. It was still under Whirlpool's warranty until 6-26-2021. They said it'd be 10-14 days for the part to be in and the refrigerator to be fixed. I had to call daily, getting nothing but voicemails and only 1 call back. Today, July 1st, I called with no call back, so I drove down there. Scott, the service manager, came out and told me that he had been working on the issue non stop and gave me Whirlpool's phone number to see if I can get a better answer from them. After being on the phone for 40 minutes with Whirlpool, I found out that Ginno's never called Whirlpool. There had been no claims made in my name at all. I had the Whirlpool employee look up my refrigerator by it's serial number, still no claims. No parts ordered, nothing. Now it's out of warranty.
Scott was incredibly disrespectful to my wife and hung up on her when she called after finding out that nothing has been done for our fridge. So I drove down to the showroom and had to get very angry in order to get any resolution. Scott was unwilling to help further, so I asked for a refund and he gave me a full refund and told me to keep the fridge. I'm sure he did that so I'd just leave. Read moreHad a great experience with purchasing a fridge from a salesman named Brandon. Felt like he went above n beyond in looking into every available option through mutiple suppliers and brands. Spent around a week in communication with us and his suppliers to ensure wee knew every detail of what options we had. Great communicatio, very knowledgeable, a real sense of geniality from this man. Would go through him again, and recommend him to friends and family. Never felt pressured into a sale. He shared his sales an personal experience with each appliance I definitely enjoyed the fact he made the entire experience simple an easy for myself in a minor crisis to get a fridge replaced. Delivery guys were also very polite, fast, respectful and even offered help with a few other issues with another appliance. Moved the other fridge for myself into the garage all things I expected to be handling myself. They seemed very knowledgeable about both the previous fridge and the new and offered some ideas in getting the old one looked at. All things I didnt expect. I had not gotten there names unfortunately but through the employees these guys have my buisness.
