Starbucks — Restaurant in Chico

It’s not that this store is particularly bad, I just am banning and reviewing one star any Starbucks I order from because of their asinine pricing. I only drink mochas and I start my day with 5 shots. This is now 12 dollars. Other places who are local, which we all should ethically support anyways as these are our own people and their businesses, are about 6.50-7 bucks for the same. Starbucks charges 1.75 per extra shot and they by default come with 2 regardless of size. I literally am hoping a mass ban of Starbucks begins and local business gets the void left in the market. You lost a customer and I sold out on my values for ever even supporting such a behemoth of a chain and their unethical global and local practices. By far the worst Starbucks experience out of them all. I ordered a few drinks and the quality is not closed to that of the other locations. The mango dragon fruit do not even have a single fruit bit in it, just a few fruit seeds and the color is also very light. I asked for hot water since my family is sensative to the cold ice water and that is not even allowed or an available option. I guess tough time caused the management in this location to cut corner. I have been getting the same drink every morning for year and a half from Starbucks. I have never been so irritated beyond words because of having to listen to the employee complain about having to make my drink. I have never heard any employee complain about making my drink ever today was the first.
