Went in with a 50 inch Vizio that was having a very weird periodic visual glitch that made it impossible to watch anything and enjoy the picture. I was told the TV was irreparable (I’ve forgotten what David specifically told me was the issue), so there was no charge, and I could pick up the tv or have him recycle it for me at no cost.
He then offered me a similar 4K 50” Sharp Smart TV that he’d repaired at the same price of the repair and I took it.
