Rent-A-Center — Local services in Chico

The employees are terrible!! As I was speaking to the manager, one of the hussy employees Racheal grabbed the phone from him and took over, after I was already having problems with her lies. I'm pretty sure they have an inappropriate relationship for the work environment as anything the woman said went over whatever the manager said. I stated this is what was said. You guys are twisting things around and I was pretty much told to prove it. I said well my phone has an hearing impaired data collection that reads back what is said. I told the manager that it was not what he said as it's in writing as he speaks. He told me it was against the law for me to use my phone with a hearing impaired feature. I told him he was discriminating. I never heard from the district manager after calling two stores! They tried to sell me used furniture as new. When I asked for proof/history behind my couch I was told I could no longer have my items after signing contract and being approved. The 2 guys who delivered my table were super friendly and nice however I only received my table less then 30 mins ago and I noticed a few spots where there is chunk token out of it and white paint on it I'm guessing either from my door way or wall as they did bump it a few times I am very disappointed with this I ordered a new table for a reason so it would look and be new now I'm here looking at this supposably new table with chunks taken out and white paint on it I really hope rentacenter can offer me some kind of discount or somthing as my supposed to be brand new table is now runned please get a hold of me Chico rent a center something needs to be done about...
