Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Chico

Honestly everytime I go through there lately I am always disappointed. Everyone seems to be out going and really friendly but usually that's not the case. One night I had been there and it was a really hot day outside. I went to the drive through and asked for a cup of water, I was denied a water and told they don't hand out water anymore. So that was my first experience I didn't enjoy, secondly my mom and I always go to dutch bros. We always give the max tip and we try to make the workers enjoy their day. Lately when stopping by we had ordered our drinks and they either get them wrong and we get a drink we didn't order, or the drinks would not be well made. We try and not complain to them cause the lines are long and it's more pressure to have them fix a mistake that we could have just accepted as we got it. I am really unhappy that we have gotten a few workers who were slightly rude in taking our orders. They were not saying anything rude, just how they would say something and then react or roll their eyes when they walked away, really makes it difficult to keep wanting to come back and order coffee. This place is usually a reputable company to come and get a great coffee and enjoy a friendly uppy environment. I hope this isn't what everyone experiences. This location is horrible. Twice in a row they've gotten my drink wrong, all I've asked for is a cold brew with 1oz heavy whipping cream, and two pumps of carmel. Each time they've come back with a drink whiter than paper and taste like a caramelizer. The app is also a HUGE SCAM, once it was on my grandmother's phone, (we get dutch bros often) and we had 3 free drinks saved up in points, then the app kicks her out and resets her password or at least tells her she cannot log back in after several attempts. The second time happened about 10 minutes ago as I type this in the line. I have the app on my phone I opened it apon coming on the premise, it then logs me out. Then makes me get a verification code to log in through my number and it will just keep accepting codes not doing anything else. I've verified my number with a code 4 times. I'm extremely angry and unsatisfied with this location and your app. Plus every time I've attempted to get help with your employees they have never once even taken a look at it to try and help. They actually seem to get mad and tell us to rather move up and that they'll help us with that at the window (which they cannot and do not do.) Also about three times now they have told us our drink price when we ordered and then we get to the window and it's about 2.75$ more then the original price they said the drink would be. I love Dutch Bros. Every single one in Chico consider me a regular. I have nothing bad to say. Super friendly staff.. I could see how the crazy music bumping might turn some people off but if you can't get passed that to enjoy the great staff, delicious coffee then you should just go on down to starbucks. The only bad thimg about Dutch Bros in Chico is that the drive thru lines are crazy! Not because of the volume of cars but because Chico did a miserable job and a great disservice to their residents but not anticipating the space that would be needed. In some of the drive thru lines it seems that they only gave space for 2 or 3 cars before you are sticking out on to the street, which are all very busy streets.. When you have 20+ cars it can be a huge problem. The staffbis great and they really do move so quickly to get the lines down but more thought should be put into future projects...Atleast, you would think but no, they just built another 4 with different variation of the same issue.. Again, not Dutch bros problem...more like the miserable city planner.. There is a window you can walk up too but if you try to aboid the drive thru lines by parking and walking up, good luck. No place to park within a block after the 2 parking spots in front are full... Sometimes you just have to forego Dutch all together.. It's sad but it isn't for a lack of being an...
