Not good. Had to give one star because there’s no option for no stars. I thought I’d try a local hair shop since I usually drive to Amherst and is a 40 minute drive. Big mistake! I wanted one inch cut off and my roots balayaged. My hair was halfway down my back. She cut the inch off before putting foils in. I told her not to go over the ends of hair with the bleach and I like my natural brown as dimension. Gisele didn’t listen to what I wanted. She cut my hair short to my shoulders and it is crooked everywhere. She did her version of what she called an ombré (solid bleach blonde, its fried) and she left my roots brown. It took her 7 hours to ruin my hair. I was there for 7 long hours. Then she charged me $390.00. I told her it’s way shorter and blonder than I wanted and I’ve never paid that much for my hair to be done. She offered to do low lights and toner but there was no way I would let her touch my hair again. She cut my hair and styled it with my back to the mirror. I’m embarrassed to go outside of my house and go to work. Everyone says it looks horrible. One of my coworkers showed me a picture of her hair after Gisele ruined it a few years ago. If I only knew beforehand of the terrible work she does. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Stay away...
