Pizza Lino — Restaurant in Chicopee

In honor of our late father, a Sicilian pizza connoisseur, we had to check out Pizza Lino in Chicopee-- and it brought us right back to our childhood. We grew up in Holyoke but my dad wouldn’t settle for anything local because he was THAT particular about what he believed pizza should be and instead would travel to Ernie’s Pizza in Springfield. After Ernie’s closed he was always searching for a suitable alternative and always came up short. Unfortunately, our Papa didn’t make it here to sample Pizza Lino but he would have LOVED this pizza—the crust, the sauce and the cheese were all perfect! Sharing the name would have just been a bonus. We loved this experience —food, service, and price and will definitely be back for more Pizza...

This was my first experience with Pizza Lino. IT WON’T BE MY LIST! I had the pepperoni pizza it was so wonderful. The sauce was special and excellent with just the right amount of cheese. The crust was perfect not over cooked. You could taste the freshness of the dough. This pizza is now at the top of my list of best pizzas I’ve ever had. Pizza Lino is a true Jersey / New York pizza with a light airy thin crust. The owner, Lino, married someone from Chicopee, so he opened up shop here. Support your local business. For true Jersey/NY pizza lovers, this is the best pizza in Western Ma hands down. Dare I say even better than Fairfield Mall Lucas. Please go check them out.
