I just wanted to take a minute and let everyone out there now ,if your shopping around for jewelry of any kind most importantly Engagement rings, STOP SHOPPING AN LOOKING AROUND ,,,you have to go to POLGOLD on 63 Cabot St in Chicopee. I cannot say enough amazing things about Mirek and his wife Michelle and all of the staff . I went into the store to get two rings sized an an anklet. Within ten minutes we were all set and cashed out ,when I asked after all of the jewelery was put up for closing if we could take a look at some engagement rings for ,"haha's" Mirek immediately started asking what style my GF likes an after a brief discussion there were trays an trays of rings in front off us. and again very quickly my GF said," Thats it, def that one if you ever decide to get it" . Well I did decide to not only get it but i had given Mirek an insane timeline that was not only met with precision. But being that we are in a pandemic I had a limit of where I needed to be price wise and Mirek not only made it attainable but also stayed late into the night creating it an sizing it to perfection . So I could surprise my wife to be on our vacation in less then two days ,I know this is a long review an i don't normally do reviews like this but Mirek an his team deserve it . I cant express how happy you made my now fiance an family so incredibly happy . BEYOND WORDS ...... THANK YOU MIREK AND MICHELLE .

I visited the store in Chicopee MA with my husband right before Mother’s Day. My husband needed help with picking out the perfect mother’s ring to mark this years 2019 day. The owners are friendly and very knowledgeable about everything we were asking about the gold and what stones where best for my ring. It was nice knowing that we left there feeling like we made the best purchase we couldnt have found anywhere else. Sadly, I wore my ring to work and it was a very manual job and I lost the middle stone. This broke my heart. My husband brought my ring in right away to be fixed and replace the stone that had been knocked out.... they replace the stone at no cost to my husband. My mom has a ring she bought while in Russia and a while ago the diamond in the middle fell out. She went to a jewelry store at Holyoke mall (Hannoush Jewelers I believe it was) and not only could they not put the original big diamond back in, they put a whole different one in and then charged her big money for that. My mom made them take it out because she never asked for that and they just ruined the ring. She brought her ring here and they put the diamond back in and cleaned it as well and it wasn’t even a lot of money. She was sooo happy and you guys did an AMAZING job!
