Goodworks Coffee House — Restaurant in Chicopee

First time here and didn’t get to order anything. I waited 10 minutes in line with my boyfriend. We’re both in our 20’s and Puerto Rican. We were the only ones standing in line. The place had a few people sitting down. The three workers were busy making coffee so I didn’t take offense to not being greeted or acknowledged at all. I waited patiently, and smiled to the man making the coffees. We were ready to order when a white couple came in and cut us. When I politely let them know I haven’t ordered yet they said “oh sorry”. The barista completely disregarded everything, and continued to take their order. We walked out. I’ll never step foot in here again. Instead I’ll drive to Tandem Bagels in West Springfield and continue to eat there or Benson’s Bagel in Forest Park. I wanted to enjoy them since I live around the corner. When you go to a Coffee shop in Chicopee and order crossiant egg sandwich with mozzarella and avocado. Then wait 25 minutes because they said they make everything fresh but my wife got her cyprese panini with mozzarella, pesto, tomatoes, and avocado. How long can a fresh egg sandwich take? Do they go get eggs from chicken somewhere else for every order? Please don't insult me because you got busy and forgot my order.
