I went at their grand opening to get a box springs. I went to the counter, said l'd like a box spring. How much is it? The girl looked at her sheet said $ 200. When she was writing it up someone told her to give me 25% off. I said how come? She said it was their grand opening. I paid and left. It was delivered, not wrapped in plastic and damaged to the point the fabric had a hole in 2 difeerent corners, and l told Vince Jerrells the delivery driver. He said he would call his boss. He said he was told to leave that one and a new one would be delivered next week. I call Monday and was told it would be delivered Wednesday. It was not. I called this morning, and now l'm told it was damaged and l knew it. That was a lie. Then she said if l wanted it replaced I would have to pay the difference for a $ 250 box spring. So....bait and...

Overpriced, not stocked, and zero effort from the salesman. Complete lack of professionalism.

I found a couch that I liked, I was informed that they don't have any in stock and the lead time would be 4-6 weeks. I asked about buying the one on display and was given a price... Well I decided to check around for a better lead time and boy was I shocked when I discovered the very same couch was sold by 2 other companies for $300 less. And to top it off, Ashley furniture itself had the price on their website at $300 less than what this place was trying to sell it for.

I just needed a recliner. The manager in Chiefland was awesome. She walked me through every choice they had and every kind of recliner. She knew all I needed to know about everything we looked at. She didn't have what I wanted to take with me.but knew Cross City did. She called them and I drove down there and Lacy took care of it in an absolute professional and laid back way that made me a comfortable customer. I ended up with the exact chair I wanted. I took it with me like I wanted to . I stayed in the price range I wanted. This was easily a 5 star experience. TY to Lacy and Kaylee?
