RUN away. I purchased my home and it was set in late August of 2024. We didn't get a CO to move in until October due to failed inspections. I relayed to the company almost immediately that I had concerns about the installation, and that I had erosion happening under one of my piers and that my AC pad was not level. My home failed initial inspection for install problems. I have been back and forth with this company and the manufacturer since then trying to get my home level and get the interior repaired appropriately. My dining room and kitchen are sagging and have been since I moved in. My midline is sagging in my living room, and there is a dip at my front door. I have multiple ridges where the decking/joists are still uneven under the floors. I have gaps at my midline between the floor and wall, my AC pad is still not level, my house was adjusted again this month and now have damages from adjustment including back door not shutting well, doors now not lining up properly for the fourth time, buckled trim and more. All of this is documented in photos, videos and sent to this company multiple times. My original sales person was very nice but his superiors have been condescending, non-communicative and overall don't seem to care about the customer. I have had to have state inspectors out more than once and the items that this dealer was responsible for have not been remedied nor have they sent anyone to any of the inspections or even acknowledged them. Today I called to try to get someone higher up on the phone and had a gentleman at the Live Oak location set his phone down off the hook and proceed to talk, joke, laugh and go about his business because I asked for some way to get someone on the phone since none of my corporate contacts have ever produced a return call. So I was blatantly ignored in the most unprofessional way imagineable for asking for real help from someone.Take your money to a company who cares about its customers.

As of 10/1/2025 I still have not had my issues resolved, not one person from Wayne Frier Corporate has reached out or responded to me, no offer of apology, no offer of coverage of damages to my home, my skirting, nothing. Refused to help with costs of pest control for ants coming in after my back door was displaced after the SEVENTH level adjustment on my home (which failed, my home still sags in the dining room, living room, front door). I now have ridges in my decking in my laundry room and dining room after last level adjustment, cuts in my floors from contractors, and I STILL have a GAP in my MATE LINE in my bedroom and third room closet. RUN. AWAY. FROM....

Had to hire an attorney! Enough said for now. I’ll come back and explain within the next two weeks but for now you just need to know that this is not a reliable or honest company. I tried to give them time to make things good but they keep proving themselves to be dishonest and scandalous. If you’re thinking of buying a home from this company and/or hiring them to oversee your project, save your self the stress and go somewhere else. My attorney actually told me not to wait any longer to write this review ( been fighting with them for over a year now). So this is the REALLY short story, warning you about what you’re in for if you fall for their initial friendly sales pitch. Once the loan closes, the scandals start.

Update: still fighting with them to get what I paid for and what was promised in my contract!! My home was placed in July of 2023. Got the CO in mid January of this year so they got their money from the bank and I still don’t have the ramp I paid for.

10/27/24: still waiting for the ramp that was promised to me and they screwed me on the septic system (hired them to oversee all my land improvements too). Going to have to take them to court. I would never purchase anything from this company or hire them to oversee your project,...

If I could give them no stars I would. I bought a brand new home and there were so many things wrong with it. First of all the day we moved in. The contractors they hire has pee all over my toilet, the shower they installed leaked the first night. I had to take the access panel off and then I discovered that they didn't even use plumbers tape on either end of the shower heads, the cold water for the washer doesn't work and have to pay almost $400 for a plumber to come out to see whats going on and to find out that there contractors that put the a/c unit in just shove it underneath pinching the water lines. there are cracks in the ceilings, the kitchen cabinets more then half of then don't line up with each other and the handles on the are crooked.there is missing trim, they didnt even put the carpet in one of the room in right. there is a gap and you can see the floor board If I was you do not I repeat DO NOT BUY A HOME FROM THIS PLACE. Take you business else where because if you do you will regret it. Save yourself a major headache and stay away from this place. Go somewhere else that knows what they are doing and that hires better contractor's to put the...
