I went into the store today looking for a new living room set the staff greeted me so welcoming. I had the pleasure Getting the help from Mrs. Amye she asked me what I was looking for and I told her a recliner sectional. She immediately showed me one and I fell 😍 in love with it she throughout their was I maybe looking for a recliner chair as well and I said yeah I love recliner furniture. So this young lady went above and beyond and went looking for a recliner chair that went with the color I picked with the recliner sectional and found a perfect match. Even went above and beyond loading the recliner chair up for me and my husband will come get the recliner sectional later today. When I say this young lady was so kind so friendly so Edgard to help me find what I wanted and she definitely accomplish what exactly I what I wanted. I definitely recommend going into the store and ask for Mrs. Amye and you won’t be disappointed at all. I’ll definitely keep coming back and getting my help from her. They will lie to you then laugh at you on the phone we rented multiple items from them and paid off most of it gave back the fridge and stove because badcock was cheaper when we rented Amy told us about the 3 extra a week for extended warranty after you pay it off I specifically asked after you pay it off and it breaks will you get a loner she said yes so we paid it off and continue to pay the 3.00 a week now the ac is leaking into my house we call them they say no bring it in but you don't get a loner what? I'm getting a TV from there and I've been late about 3 maybe 4 times over the last year and I've never had a problem with them until last week. I do construction for a living and I was in the middle of a 3 week period with no work so I was late on a payment and when I went up there the tall guy (can't remember his name) was sympathetic to why I couldn't make a FULL payment, I was going to make a partial payment, well Amy told him "Grow some balls and make him pay his bill or we're coming to get the tv".
