I've been in this place a few times. They have sized some watches for me but I haven't bought anything from there. I went in the other day to sell a piece and I had in mind what I was willing to take for it. My wife was actually the one that went in with it first and when she told them it was mine they said I needed to come in with my DL so I could sell it. That was fine with me. I asked my wife how much they offered and even though they were low balling me on it, it was enough for me to purchase another piece of jewelry that I was after. So I went in. She told me the same amount that she told my wife. I asked one of the girls if I could just do a trade for a silver necklace. That's what I was going to purchase with the money anyway. The owner lady..(I'm assuming that's who she is..) came out with the same look on her face that Amanda described in her review. This lady came out from the back and decided to give me this condescending speech about how she just want to do right by me and she wants us to be "friends" but when I asked the girl about a trade this lady said she wanted my piece of gold plus an additional 50.00 for her silver necklace. I thought about it and I said no thanks. I knew that I could get the same necklace at several different places for less that half that. So....when I said no to giving her my gold (which was worth a whole lot more) plus 50 foe her necklace I guess she got offended and then offered me less for the gold then what she originally told me....lol. I've always tried to support local businesses but it's times like this that make me realize you can't do that....and that it's better to just drive to someone else that will treat you better. So...crystal river, gainesville, lake city anywhere other than this place will get my business from here on out!

Salvage yard Aaron Berry 4 days ago Went in to buy a rear axle for my truck. Paid to have them take it off. They said they had a few things to do in front of mine but that they would get to it. I asked when he thought that would be and he said it might not be today but we will call you. I said ok what about tomorrow? I really need to get that axle? He said we will call you. I went back the next morning to find out the status and I was willing to wait for it and it was then that I found out that the guys that pull the parts don't work on the weekend. That had plenty of chances to tell me that the day before and no one bothered to let me know. When I asked this time when I could expect to have it instead of them just telling me that it would be the next week the guy just said come around to this window and you can have your money back and he was extremely rude about it. Then....to top it off the woman that issued the refund said I told you yesterday that they don't pull parts on the weekend this woman never told me that....no one told me that...it was then that I realized her boss was standing behind he when she said that.....they are liars and they have no clue what they are doing...... I'll gladly drive to Jax or Orlando to a u pull it I don't care how long of a drive it it......this place used to be a great place to go...

BOTH times I've been in this establishment, I've been looked down on in this place. The first time I shrugged it off. The 2nd time I said I would never be back. Just because of the way they acted towards me.. like I was too poor or something to be in this store. Funny tho, for what y'all wanted to scrunch your faces to and said no thank you as you handed it back like it was worms or something gross I went across the street and got nearly $400 for. I knew what I had. Lost my business and oh so many others because of y'all's poor attitudes! You have no idea who I am and just because of the way I looked you wanted to treat me like y'all were better. That's fine, see where that gets you in...

I had a wonderful experience here! All of their staff was welcoming and I felt very comfortable with them. I brought in a cross pendent that had been run over in a driveway several times and they were able to repair/replace diamonds. Such a beautiful final product! In addition, they were also able to give me an appraisal for my insurance. Thank you all so much! 100 percent...
