Deep Tissue Massage. I had been feeling achy and generalized tightness and I knew I needed a massage. Donna gave an outstanding deep tissue massage having a generalized focus while observing those tender areas and kneading them out. When I went in I was very stiff but by the time I left I felt ten years younger (only after one first session). I will be going back until all areas are completely gone and then for maintenance. Brittni goes above and beyond to make sure her students are comfortable and takes her time showing you exactly how to do everything step by step .
