My review is mainly on their customer service. Two different interactions with two different and equally rude employees, where I left feeling as though the employees did not want to help, or at least try to help.
Early December/late November I was on the lookout for a specific item and after looking I had I asked an employee who was stocking the shelves about the item, and since I had the dpci number , she was able to look it up and sadly they were sold out , but she did inform me that they were bringing in a shipment of 16 more over the weekend (she was beyond helpful!). However, when I walked in on Saturday afternoon, I didnāt see the item I was looking for, so i asked an employee at the pickup station, and again I showed the dpci number, it turns out that they did not and were not planning on stocking the shelves or pulling out items because āthe store was already busyā according to her. And then she continued to say, āyouāre asking me to look through like 30 boxes just for this itemā , since they did have the item in stock, but in the back room... I felt as if she did not want to help, nor did she want to do her job, since she was just standing there behind the counter before I approached her. And yes I would have loved for her to walk to the back room and look for this item! That was what I was asking of her to do. But her rude response, just prompted me to leave.
The second interaction, was at the same pickup counter, I had a return, but did not have a receipt. According to this employee, my return āhad already been clearanced out, so she didnāt know how much to give me backā, and since it was a gift I didnāt have the receipt. She basically said there was nothing she could do... which means she didnāt want to do anything. I say that because I drove over to the target in Rio Rancho-Pomona, and they had no problem returning my item! And I was in and out in a matter of 5 minutes. I do prefer that store...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDon't get me wrong. I love shopping at TARGET! BUT!!!!!!! this Target which is located on Central and Philadelphia needs to keep their restrooms clean, excuse me.... I mean, CLEAN not keep. Because obviously they are filty dirty. The reason I say this is because about a year ago I went to this store and I used the restroom, as soon as I walked out I started feeling really itchy all over my body and by the time I got home I had a red rash all over my legs and back. Ever since that day I never returned to this location, I continued shopping at Target but at my usual one in Pomona (always clean). Well today January 14, 2017 we were in the city of Chino and we decided to stop at this location since it was close to us and again, it happened again!!!!!!!! I used the restroom wich I should have learned from the first time not to go in their, but I didn't and I still went in their. It was horrible, super filthy dirty and trash everywhere. Once again as soon as I walked out I started with the itch I just got home and decided to post this so that maybe they can try to clean the restrooms, as I'm writing this I'm itching and I have rashes on my body, I'm definitely not going their ever again, I'm sticking to my Target here in Pomona. thanks for all and now I'm off to take a shower, maybe that will calm my...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just went to the store and trying to purchase instant pot multi cooker and was also trying to get a price match for it from the app / online but the female that was at the self-checkout and I asked help from (I'm not sure if that was her station at the time but she was there as well as another female) anywho, she didn't get me the price match after I showed her my check out in the app for the price that I was trying to get it for it and a screenshot. I was super bummed. And she told me that it wasn't scanning for that price in store but I told her that it was on mine and from what I was aware they can price match but she didn't and now that I get home I see that it's still that same price I was trying to get it for online and in the app and I am super bummed. she said I could only purchase it online even though I had the product already in the cart she could have just price match. Unfortunately I did not get her name and I was trying to call the store for Guest Services since I left already but nobody answered. Way to go target employees. š” FYI this was between 10 and 10:30 p.m....
