Coffee Up Roastery — Restaurant in Chino

I recently discovered Coffee Up Roastery, tucked away in a charming corner behind some office buildings, and it was well worth the search! The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot to unwind with a good cup of coffee.

I ordered the Hawaiian coffee, which was rich and flavorful, with just the right balance of sweetness and acidity. It truly transported me to a tropical paradise! Alongside, I had the tuna sandwich, accompanied by a fresh and vibrant salad. The sandwich was perfectly crafted, with generous portions of tuna and crisp vegetables, making for a satisfying meal.

Food: Got the Mayan Mocha. It was iced. I didn't think I'd like it cold, but it was tasty and tasted as I expected. Had the Monte Cristo with kale salad. Sandwich was hot and tasty. The dijon tasted surprisingly sweet, but I like honey mustard.

Service: Very polite and prompt even though they were busy. My only critique is that there was no confirmation of whether I wanted my drink hot or cold. I assumed hot was the default, but my drink came out iced. I'm guessing it's because we're in July.

Atmosphere: Tiny shop with 2 tables: 1 inside and 1 outside. Very minimalist with supplies in waiting area. Not a big deal though and doesnt take away from the awesome...

Been twice, and from the first experience I was not satisfied with the customer service. Their interaction with us was so minimal, straight face, and not offering help as you would expect for us to try out their menu. Went the second time, and got the same service, so I can assume that it is simply not their strength. Not warm, or helpful, just straight to it and get out of line. The drinks are very good, though.
