Started shopping at Ross stores a few years ago n been going to ones in different locations ever since. Lots of nice clothing for the ladies n men too. I mostly like to go to the larger Ross stores as they have more of a selection of everything they sell. Customer service veries from store to store, but so far not bad at all. Be aware that the purchase line can get very crowded and depending on which Ross u r at, u could be waiting 5 minutes or longer to checkout, which can sometimes feel like an eternity. I love shopping at Ross. It is my favorite store, but it is very frustrating to shop at this one. They never have enough cashiers. It often takes longer to check out than to shop. I was shopping for a dress for my granddaughter on this day. I was glad that I didn't find anything that I liked so that I wouldn't have to decide whether or not it was worth waiting in that LONG line to buy it. The store was well stocked with a great variety of merchandise, but my granddaughter is an odd size, so it is hard to find clothes for her. I've been to multiple Ross. And have had amazing service at all of them. Except the one in chino. I go there frequently because it's the closes to my location but tonight will be the last time I ever go. The manager their is so rude and unhelpful you can tell she's one of those people that hate their jobs and is annoyed at everything. It isn't the first time she gives me attitude. But the fact that she sees me struggling to get through the exit with all my items I purchase from her store and she doesn't have the dignity to open the door for me.
