Burlington — Local services in Chino

It should more than an outlet store. The presentation of the entire store seems poor. A lot of their items seem like they have been in clearance four a long time. Although the staff is friendly. The whole store hasn't in general does not seem to offer much. I tried to pick up a suit that look like it was in the clearance section. But because there was no red tag on it they were not willing to give a discount. In addition the condition of the suit was very poor. Basically it was all wrinkled. So I asked if they had some sort of pressing or iron press system to work out the wrinkles so that I could pay full price for it. Unfortunately they said no period so then I asked based on the condition of the wrinkled coat or suit if they would be willing to give a discount. The cashier proceeded to say that they would only give discounts on clothing that has holes in it. I simply looked at her and said "Really?" Not the type of establishment that I want to shop at. I walked out and gave her thanks. Never again Burlington....

My mom’s first language is not English. She asked if someone could unlock the restroom, the lady at the front gave her attitude but said she would send someone. 10 minutes later and no one went my mom really had to use the restroom. She went up to the front really upset and told the lady in English hey you never sent anyone my mom was mad the lady rolled her eyes and told her there’s no need to yell at her. We left and didn’t give them any money. She also lied and said she sent someone which she obviously didn’t because we stood by the bathroom the whole time. They treat you like a criminal and walking in there’s a giant camera in your face and gates now. My point is my mother is elder it was weird and mean to not allow her to use the restroom we had been going there for years and spending money....

My aunt was denied using their restroom despite how often she goes. Also lying about sending someone and not sending anyone is just??? Weird? Lol it’s just weirdo behavior to be so protective of a bathroom? It’s not holy? And they don’t charge you personally for letting anyone use it? They act like it comes out their salary lol. And I know exactly what women she dealt with because when I’ve gone speaking Spanish she gives a bad vibe as well she’s always rude and impatient. This place has never had enough help and I get they can get busy but there’s no reason to be so rude. They have the messiest place ever a line that’s so long it wraps around.
