Monday Dec 23rd exactly 2:50 pm I placed an order for a Philly cheese steak combo. All in drive thru. The young ladies were nice at the ordering all the way around.
I drove back home almost 22 minutes away to call and share my concern to them.
I received no fries.
I paid for a combo.
Now here's what got me upset with this whole situation.
I shared specifically to the lady over the phone that I drove mainly to this place because I was told they have had good and service and unfortunately I drove back home with no fries.
The lady put me on hold,
Then 40 seconds later she said the girls did forget and they said sorry and that next time I come back I can get a free soda or when I buy fries I can get more fries for free.
That's really all they wanted to do and the approach showed no real concern that I drove far just to them? Like the person didn't really hear my conversation?
Then she said, sorry i just got in so give me your name for the extra fries or free soda next time?
Please read the underlining. I drove specifically to them to try them out.
Maybe if you really heard my concern maybe you can get someone whom who will speak to me more apologetic and remedy with something like. A free taco or something to make it worth my reasoning why to come back? Like show guest service?
Truly not what I expected.
I hope training does get better in this industry, I'm sorry this place won't get my business anytime soon unless I get a reply from the owner or manager just to show they care.

When I get to the window I see that they have dropped ketchup packets, that I did not even ask for, in the bag. The lady at the window wasn't wearing gloves AND her mask was below her nose. She's the same person that takes money, so if she's doing that and then touching the catchup packets and dropping that all over my food, all I can think about is cross contamination! I’m a nursing student and that is a big HECK NO. I mentioned this all to her, and her response was “well, it’s in the bag.” It should be a rule that they do not put condiments in the same bag as uncovered food! I don’t think that’s asking too much. She was mad. And I’m sorry but I didn’t care. They should actually be wearing AND changing their gloves after each transaction but they don't and that's OK. Read moreWhile waiting for my food, there were a bunch of fungus gnats flying around the soda dispenser. I took off the cover where the soda comes out and it was full of some dark. I’m assuming mold and fungus that’s why the gnats were there. I took the piece up to the lady at the front counter and explain to her that all of the drinks were in this condition, she rinsed it off ,one piece and put it back on did not even clean the part that is in the dispenser the mixer. All she did was rinse it off and put it back on there. She did not apologize. Offer anything to me she clean the part and put it back on there. There were still mold inside the dispenser, advise anybody to just drive right by this place. After finding what I found, I should’ve asked for a refund and just left …….a few hours later I was in the bathroom with diarrhea. I’m sure it’s because of this place .
