Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Chowchilla

I took my grandsons there to get 5 dollar boxes they said they could get so we drive there I give them 20 bucks and I waite in the car they are getting 2 $5 boxes and 2 quessadias at the is was more than enough but grama we need more money I said why anyway I go in there I tell the manager that she over charged them cuz advertisements say 5 dollar box she says we don't honor that so I said its false advertising you should put up a sign that I'm not honoring it cuz your missleadeading us so remember the quessadias when I got home they were burned black on the bottom it up set me bc the quessadias were for my two younger grandsons that are autistic and they were waiting at home and they were so sad I was shocked that she did that but I didnt give her the satisfaction of going back I just cooked them some myself but she hurt my grand babies this happened...

For the most part I like Taco bell/KFC How ever the reason why I'm giving them a 3 star is because I've had a few times where I didn't get what's I ordered, I'm changing my 4 star to a 3 star I just went through the drive thru and when the manager handed me my food she did not thank me and did not say have a good night she just handed me my food and started closing the door and was wanting to chat with her coworker rather than using good customer service when she started shutting the door I said clearly HAVE A GOOD NIGHT she then opened the door and said oh did you get your straws I said yes ok she said then closing the door again and again I said HAVE A GOOD NIGHT in my career I've worked with the public in several times and as a employee you always focus on the customer until you are finished...

This location takes longer than normal to get the food out. It's a convenient location off the 99 but they really do take 15- 20 min to get our food for a family of 5 ready. Service could definitely improve. As I waited.... No one came to the window once to let me know the progress of my order. When the young man came to my window he gave me the total and I gave him my card, before I could ask for something to drink he closed the window. Then sticks his arm out and hands me the card and receipt, n was gone again. The food deserves 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ the service was one star service, How ever i am only giving 3 stars because there's tons of room for...
