Worst customer service I have ever had. This is the email I sent to them :
We have found the customer service on this deplorable. We explained last week that we wanted to buy a car within the week but were several hours (roundtrip) away so we wanted to get a rough “off the lot” price to determine that we could afford the car we were interested in before we made the long trip. We were promised a call back. Nothing. Then the next day, we tried to call the dealership. Six times, we were put on hold and six times it hung up after 3-4 seconds. 3 more times, we got an answering machine. Finally spoke to someone who was rude and offensive. On Saturday, we received another call (still with no info just wanting info from us). We explained everything again. We were told they’d call the next day. Nothing. Then your message today. Just got a phone call saying we weren’t a priority because we weren’t “in person” and they wanted to set up an in person meeting Thursday. NO! WE ARE SEVERAL HOURS AWAY. HOW IS THIS DIFFICULT? AT THIS POINT, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FLOYD CDJR TO ANYONE. If you can’t answer a simple price request, how would you deal with someone on a car purchase or repair?
I finally had to call them to tell them not to contact us anymore about anything. This morning, got another email from them. I had to call them again, this time to tell them AGAIN not to contact us. By any means. We never heard from anyone who had decision making ability. We were a serious customer trying to make a serious offer on a used kia sorrento, and the manager never called us back. We were told we were not as important because we were not willing to come in for an appointment, and that was because we live three hours away. We needed to know what they were willing to do, at least something close, and they would not do so.
I am aware that they will delete this post. The time I have spent trying to deal with this dealership is time I will never get back.
I was repeatedly told that they were making aggressive deals. I made a tentative offer. Never ever heard back...

Now let me tell you the truth about Floyd CDJR. As a spouse to an employee I’ve never seen such wonderful of a work family. Kind and caring and outgoing for their coworkers. I for one had a terrible health scare and this awesome business worked with him to get our kids while I was hospitalized. Shipped him out the door to come be with me the day of my scare! My husband comes home happy daily because he loves his job and the people he works with and for. He values his customers to no end! I’ve never ever heard him make a negative statement about anyone at work and trust me honesty and communication is #1 in our marriage. Anyhow… this dealership is a staple in our community and a blessing in our community as well! I thank you Floyd CDJR for being so kind and making sure our MS Cheer team looked so great last year and the years to come. Thank you guys for always being supportive of our school system and the community! Floyd fest is pumped for you guys being a part so again thank you so much.

Read moreI could never rate this dealer as a five stars because my husband took his 2013 dodge ram 3500 to get the flex plate fix at this dealer and they did the worse job that anyone can ever imagine. The truck got in there for a flex plate repair and end up with damages in the drive shaft transmission wiring and a hall bunch of other stuff that it is estimated on $15,000 cost for fixing it. General Manager ROGER LOONEY how was not answer to customer finally got in touch with him and he is trying to take responsibility of the damages on the truck saying that the work they did was made by a professional mechanic. In my thought if you are a dealer and you perform a job to a car and that car broke it is your responsibility to guaranty the job that you are performing and try to get the car running again and this car is not been running since march 2014 because of the unprofessionalism of this dealer Harvey Chrysler DodgeJeep Inc. and also this General Manager...
