I'm tired of seeing the slander of this store and it needs to be cleared up. I have been going to this store on and off for about three years now and have only started going in weekly for about a year now. They have relocated three times while only having 2-3 employees. It is just Tim and his employee, two people who are extremely passionate about their job, and they make sure everyone is welcome, absolutely no judgement at all. Tim is an incredible shop owner who I can tell is extremely busy day to day but he still makes sure to say Hi to me, still asks me how I'm doing, and still makes sure that he gets every comic that I have on my pull list, picks up every single call I make weekly to see what's in the store. With the amount of work that this man is doing while still making sure his customers are satisfied is literally what this culture is about. The shipping is very late sometimes, and I think even they will admit that. Does it suck sometimes? Yes, but I don't bother even fussing about it because I know that Tim is going to come through with it. This is one of three stores in this area, I've been to all three and I will tell you that as long as Tim has a shop, I will continue to be there. This store tailors to both Comics and Card and Board game lovers and that is something that I can't say for the other shops around here. The pattern of bad reviews clearly shows what the problem is and I will just say this, the shipping is late sometimes but that goes for everything. To slander Tim and his store describing it as "shady" and to "not trust your money with this store" is honestly just sad to see from people and that's why I had to get on here and describe my experience as someone who goes to this shop on a consecutive basis and knows the staff. Tim and his employee are great people, they are trying to build a friendly community of customers all while trying to keep their store alive, they are extremely busy people that are trying to make you feel welcome and most certainly are not trying...

Do not recommend. Please take your business elsewhere. Not professional at all. Preordered final fantasy collector from them. Magically when the price flew up. They somehow were conveniently out of the product. Not to say they kept on relisting a higher pre sale price before the product even got out 3 different prices. They also had the product in stock when checking the website. Just didn’t want to sell for the price since the owner knew he can make more money by selling in stores. So what are we as a buyer left with? Nothing really. No communication and no effort to even reach out to the customer. Just ignore us till we decide to message them. Even then giving me the excuse of we were so busy so took them over a week to respond. Busy scamming people. Maybe you should stop your crappy business of reselling items if u can’t honor those prices. I know people that work and own lgs. So some stuff you said about the product is bs. And even after all this I gave them a chance to resend me a different product that is a lot more available which they didn’t. Some bs work again.

As someone that understands business. Whenever there is a benefit of doubt. I tried to give the business another chance. But they didn’t want to take it. They just played around the victim game. So funny how it is.

So in conclusion this place is a joke. They lie about being busy but u can relist the same product for different prices 3 times. Right….. and never will answer emails. And no one ever picks up the phone. For the people going in there in person I hope that’s not the experience that you have to go through.

I've pre-ordered multiple one-piece boxes from different sets at different times and they were all never delivered due to "shipping", yet every single store in the area has them on time. Even when my friends and I gave them multiple weeks we would not get an update nor a straightforward answer. They were also listed as an official Bandai store and had tournaments available, yet when I show up week after week they say that they do not have one. At the same time, their employee mentioned that they have been opening tournament packs ( which are reserved for the competitors) and selling them as singles online. Their excuse was "There aren't enough people for a One Piece TCG tournament here", yet they've never tried nor cared to create one even when my friends and I gathered enough people. I've asked others around the area and they have had the same experience with this store taking your money months in advance for a pre-order only to not have them the day of (across multiple sets over different card games). With the same answer every time you ask when it will come in "I'm not sure it's a shipping problem, a lot is going on right now". I would not recommend this store for trading card games nor would I rely on them for any pre-orders whatsoever. Their inconsistency, lack of communication, and failure to deliver every single time is the reason why I would rather go elsewhere. Doing business with them has been a complete waste of time,...
