It's great they spent millions on the aquatic center but this rusty prefab park with a permanently locked bathroom, sagging concrete and super slick repaints every year is a sad site considering how many skate park builders exist these days. Some guys in a truck destroyed the bathroom after hours during the lockdowns so they've decided no one can use it any more. Cops on a power trip will threaten you if you're there for even a few minutes after hours. God forbid you try and go during peak hours for the pool, people will pack in the skate park parking lot and even block the road, spent three hours with my truck blocked in last summer. If you're over 16 years old angry red hat dad's may threaten you for being "at a kids park" too. It's sad that this is their effort but sums up how this town treats...
Read moreI'm a first time boarder and can say that the layout isn't overbearing if you're just learning. Plenty of open space to just cruise around and get comfy, although I feel that once you get to a certain point- this park will seem kinda empty. Moveable obstacle choice could be better, but then crusing space would be lost. Give and take.

As a quad skater, I appreciate the adjoining asphalt that leads to the separate park with paved loop. If there are a lot of people or more than I care to share with, I can skate on the asphalt.
