Subway — Restaurant in Christiansburg

I'm pretty sure it took almost 10 minutes per person to get through the line today. There were about 4 young employees who looked highschool/college age. There should have been a manager there helping them. When I got to the vegetables in the line the guy who was at that spot gave me a death glare the entire time I was there. I almost didn't notice the MASSIVE open wound a few inches up from his wrist. It was very red around the borders and was wet. There's no way that kid hadn't rubbed it against the bins he'd been shoving his hands into to get vegetables. I can't believe there's no one there who told him to wrap it up while he's at work. They a lot of times do not have your food ready on time. At lunch this is important because you don’t want to spend your whole lunch period waiting on food you ordered early so you’ll have it on time. Their vegetables are def not fresh bread is good. I don’t write reviews or complain but today I had to wait half of my lunch time for it to be ready to get a sub that was just bread meat cheese and mayo. I could hardly eat it. I usually come every week regardless cause I want a sub from there but I think this will be my last one for awhile. I know things happen but still. Awful customer service and experience. Ordered a sandwich and asked for bacon instead of roast beef and was told I'll just make you this sandwich. I agreed and wasn't told that they no longer sell the sandwich I was made and so I had to pay extra for the bacon. When I went to check out was informed we don't sell that sandwich anymore and bacon is extra. I should have been told that and not offered a sandwich you don't sell. They refused to sell the sandwich without up charging for the bacon and said I could order something else then. So ultimately I did, which wasted more time, and they wasted an entire sandwich.
