I don’t like leaving negative reviews but this place put me through stress on top of the stress I already had for an important event. On Monday May 13th I went to pick up my daughters bouquet and put an order for the gift box, I asked the girl when will it be ready she said It will be ready that Sunday the 19th. I told her that I’ll try to stop by Monday or so since it was going to be such a busy week for me and my family, I ended up stopping by on Wednesday the 22nd and one of the young lady’s says it’s not completely ready that it “needed a few touches” I asked her how long will it take since it was supposed to be ready 3 days prior she stated that it should be ready tomorrow which was that Thursday the 23rd. On Thursday I get a call stating that my order should be ready on Saturday the 25th, my daughters Quince is the 26th! I was so confused and frustrated I felt like I wasn’t being taken serious, I tried to tell the girl on the phone what the young lady stated on Wednesday but she didn’t have an answer for that she just apologized and said that it gets there until 6:30pm and they close at 7pm. I was really frustrated but I maintained my sanity all I asked the girl on the phone was please have someone call me to remind me about it because I was afraid to forget since I had still much to do, she agreed now forward to Sunday I get no call so last minute on my way to the hall I remember so I call them and they tell me that IT’S STILL NOT READY that they need about 10 minutes I told them no that box was supposed to be ready since MAY 19th and it’s already MAY 26th the day of the event. I told them that I was on my way and it needed to be ready. I show up I looked at the box and it’s bad the only reason I took it was because my daughter really wanted one on her day so I had no choice. I will never recommend this place the fabric on the box was coming off before getting to the hall the rhinestones Were loose luckily I had glue and a few other stuff to add details to it. What’s crazy is that I was charged full price for that hideous box that I ended up fixing myself. They do not care about their customers I had high hopes for this place but they clearly lack...

DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY DISCRIMINATE AGAINST ANYONE WHITE OR NON LATINA!!! I sadly had a terrible experience with this shop and I was totally looking forward to trying on dresses for my wedding here. Considering I don't want a traditional white dress i figured an quice dress would be perfect. Today I had an appointment for a dress fitting at 1pm when I arrived the lady didn't even look up from the desk and said "Buenos tadres" when I (non latina & only minimal Spanish) answered with a "good afternoon" she looked up, side eyed me and immediately tried to say anything she could to not help me find a dress. She tried saying I needed to come 6-8 months ahead of my date (I was looking for something off the rack) and then sat back down pointed to a rack and said "there's all we have." I scheduled for an hour long fitting I left within 15 minutes due to the abhorrent discrimination and sheer lack of customer service. I luckily got the EXACT DRESS I saw in Cynderella's shop from the shop down the street. Will never be suggesting this shop to anyone and our daughter will definitely be getting her quince dress elsewhere(fiance is Mexican). I also want to note the site says the shop is accessible but my wheelchair would not be able to fit in their shop if I had needed it today thankfully I only had to use...

I got my wedding dress from here and it was a huge mistake. The day they told me it would be ready I got a call before my appointment saying they weren’t finished with the dress and needed more time. When I was FINALLY able to pick up my dress IT WAS HORRIBLE. I brought about $200 worth of my own appliqués so I wouldn’t be charged for them but I still was! When I tried on the dress the appliqués were falling off! They asked for EVEN MORE TIME to fix the appliqués. They were suppose to cover the back evenly with the floral appliqués and they only covered one side. Who even thought it look good enough to give it to me with ONLY ONE SIDE COVERED? And the bottom hem (that they fixed) was crocked. The hem looked horrible. The neckline wasn’t EVEN. They basically changed the neckline completely without asking but they thought it looked good to them. Basically, everything they did looked rushed and poorly done. It looks like they don’t know what they are doing. What a horrible experience. BRIDES PLEASE DONT COME HERE. IF YOU WANT A CUSTOM MADE DRESS OR ALTERATIONS CYNDERELLA BRIDES IS NOT THE PLACE.
