My experience here was just amazing I was in the Ma program I graduate in November. I am a proud member of the ambassador program my time here was everything I didn’t imagine it was great! Adrian the Director of admissions was just the sweetest and nicest guy big ole smile on his face . Amador the man who collects the money was never mean or harsh. Robert & Hornbeck were just the best when it came to the ambassador program they were so helpful with everything . All the staff I can’t honestly say we’re welcoming, warm and never disrespectful. Mr gama was my instructor he always went above and beyond with our class, always did lectures and always make sure we knew the criteria. he really pushed us to become the best versions of ourselves. His teaching ethics are beyond perfect. He deserves an award or an appreciation letter or something in that nature he made my college experience I was really lucky to be his student, I had seen how the rest of the teachers taught nothing compares. Let me give a s/o to Mr. rose he’s the type of teacher to challenge you and I love that about him. Lastly Angie in career services she really helps you with externship and your résumé all the fundamentals you need for the real world. 10/10 experience if you really put your heart into it, make friends, have a positive attitude, you listen and really do the work this school will work for you. I came across UEI’s website out of PURE CURIOSITY. Of course, they ask for your information (which I naively gave) and that’s when the calls/texts started. They called me numerous of times through different cell numbers, that I’ve had to BLOCK due to spam calling. You know how they tell you, “Type STOP to stop/unsubscribe”? Well, I typed “STOP” and they STILL texted me after. I have screenshots. Sandra and Araceli, have texted and called me on different occasions after expressing my disinterest in the school. After weeks/months of no calls, I get a call TODAY (May 16, 2025) still attempting to get me to enroll and do a tour. I immediately stopped whoever was speaking and firmly communicated that I am not, will not be interested in UEI at any given moment. Harassing people to join or show interest in a program/education is disgusting and it screams sham. Ive read many reviews before actually starting to block the numbers, and I see why many people do not agree with this establishment. Keep my number off your roster. If this type of behavior continues, I wont hesitate to somehow file a harassment complaint. Good luck to anyone who decides to join this...

I attended college here for 2013 and graduated with my associates degree. I received 2 promotions at my work and it was all due to my effort. About 10 months later my paycheck is being garnished because of a debt I owe! Come to find out, this campus submitted my times wrong to the VA(oh did I mention I was a veteran?) and they put me down as part time instead of full time now I owe more than $10,000 ot the VA because they overpaid me! WTF? Not one person there is willing to accept ownership of the problem and they keep saying its the VA's fault! It in fact isn't! The VA goes off of the times submitted by this college! So who's fault is it! This is a UEI issue and now I am trying to fight this and it's not working! I STRONGLY URGE VETERANS NOT TO ATTEND THIS COLLEGE! Go to Kaplan college because they have a better VA program and knowledge! UEI has too high of turnover rate! Never dealt with the same person for my issues and this is going to turn into a legal issue now! I have had it and I will not refer anyone to this college especially veterans! I hope the VA pulls their credentials so they lose more business because that is exactly what they are...
