I no longer live nearby Terra Nova Plaza outdoor shopping center, in Chula Vista. During the early 90s, it was my go-to for many years. There were a variety of places such as Kinkos, Longs Drugs, Shell gas station just to name a few. During the mid 2000s, I liked shopping at Marshall’s, Sports Authority, Bath & Body, and dining at Bento noodles. Last week I stopped by to pick up softball equipment at Dick’s sporting good store. I had my niece reserve stuff for me. I never got the chance to “shop” around as I was in a rush to pick up the reserved items. It was first my time at Dick’s sporting goods. I like Terra Nova shopping center for their four entrances to the mall, large parking areas throughout, and shopping location is right off the 805 freeway. I also liked the oversized Christmas wreaths that were hung throughout the shopping center, even past Christmas time. It’s always nice to see a decorative mall. Most stores and malls are promoting Valentines now. I think most people will agree Terra Nova has something for everyone 👍🏼

This Plaza near my home has a little of everything I need. I visit frequently to buy pool supplies at Leslie's, food at Smart & Final Supermarket, clothing at Marshall's, Dick's or Big 5 for sports related items. If hungry there are multiple restaurants in the mall from Mexican to Greek to Chinese. Highly recommended

This Plaza near my home has a little of everything I need. I visit frequently to buy pool supplies at Leslie's, food at Smart & Final Supermarket, clothing at Marshall's, Dick's or Big 5 for sports related items. If hungry there are multiple restaurants in the mall from Mexican to Greek to Chinese. Highly recommended

Terra Nova Center house a combination of restaurants and shopping opportunities. They have Marshalls, Bed Bath & Beyond, CVS, Big 5 and many more. My favorite place is d lish, they have a large vegan menu, plus they serve California Italian food. They make all their dishes fresh, and make their own pasta. My favorite is a grilled vegetable wrap. It is not on the menu as a vegetarian wrap, however I asked could they give me a vegan wrap and they fixed it for me!! The waitresses and Waiters are friendly and helpful. The manager Nick is a very gracious man and knows what he's doing in the restaurant business. Sadly I have seen so many shopping centers steadily go downhill the past 5 years.. We have all seen it with our own eyes... Vacacies, shady retailers, not well lit at night and parking lots full of pot-holes. Not Terra Nova. Parking lot remarkably well maintained. Great sit down and fast food restaurants. Two great sporting goods stores. Smart and Final is always clean and organized. Plenty of parking. Plenty of banks. An Einstein Bagels which I love. A wonderful local coffee shop. I feel fortunate to live close by. All I can say is this center is very well managed by a professional and experienced property management company....
