Waiting in line with my kids, sister and aunt. One of the girls came up and asked who was next my aunt said I am and the girl said no your with them and went on to the next guy behind us, when I still had two orders and my aunt had not even ordered. We never once said we were altogether, which we weren’t and we were not even done with our order and we got skipped to go to the next person. So my aunt said forget it and refused to spend money there after that. Then when my sister went to pay, they did not even take her to the register to cash out they made her wait till my order was done. They still proceeded to try to ring up my order and hers together. My mom and I recently visited this location to buy an ice cream cake for my younger sister.

The employees were kind enough to ask us if we needed assistance with anything. When my mom and I chose the cake, they immediately went to add the finishing decorative touches to the cake. Although they did not have the icing color we wanted, they showed us the other color options that they have.

Despite the large amount of people who were there to buy ice cream, the employees provided great customer service and gave everyone their ice cream in a timely manner.

My only concern is that the size of the building is small and there is not enough space to move around...

Nasty attitude!!!! All three girls.. They got the order wrong and when I told them, they started to talk about me in Spanish.. So I replied to then in Spanish and they were surprised. The one that made my order had the audacity to ask what was wrong with the order and when I told her, she completely turned helped another customer. And got his order wrong as well.. This cold stone has had so many young ppl working there, seems like the owner doesn't care about...
